Every time I come to this location at least 2-3 times a week in hopes it will be better but I’m parked or they don’t have baked potatoes which crazy because it’s Wendy’s and it’s happened about 4 times now should there be a bunch of potatoes my food is mostly cold even when I’m parked and no one is there or I’m missing something I don’t

Poor customer service it was 8:45 this morning and the door was locked and there was a worker sitting down watching customers tug on the door and leave but we got his attention and he told us to go around to the door at drive thru really its almost 9:00 in the morning and u have doors still locked , so we got in my friend placed an order and there was no one to behind the counter or in the food area it was a ghost town and he already waited 10 minutes the only reason they came from the back is because I needed to make sure I was picking the right address because I was placing an order on the mobile app and they didn't even know the address where they work at . Just poor customer service so I sat in the parking lot and ate my food and watched 10 customers tug on the locked door and they didn't even pull around to the drive thru they just left we started to do the same thing

Ordered a #6 spicy chicken sandwich with everything on it. They gave me a pound of Mayo- that’s disrespectful right here, horrible service. They forgot to give me my drinks and give me attitude when I ask for it. Just a bunch of kids playing around in there.

This Wendy’s has been claiming to be out of Lettuce for nearly 2 months now… the sandwiches prices are the same, yet they don’t have all of the necessary ingredients. I suggest you adjust it, or expose your establishment to a lawsuit.
