I am very disappointed with the cook went on my 30 min lunch break to get lunch and to find out that my food was still uncooked very disgusting and disappointed need to do better.

Clean dining area and restrooms. However, I was told that I had to use the kiosk for ordering because even though they have cash registers in front, they are not allowed to place an order. There was no one else on the restraint so this was not welcoming to me.

The lady who took my order was so rude! I get your speaker was having problems. My order was not fresh can tell my food been sitting everything was cold. Then no napkins or straws fries upside-down seriously come on. The bun was crumbling and dry. The worst Wendy's experience. I hope no one experiences this and can be corrected.

Absolutely worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to. The employees look like they hate their lives. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting someone to come help because their drink machine was out of ice. The manager walked by 4 times didn’t make eye contract, didn’t ask if we needed anything. It is a very nice place. The employees show empathy with customers. The menus they present are great and so are the prices. I invite you to visit any Wendy's restaurant with family and friends. It is located in an accessible and safe place.
Horrible service , they run out of patties and then run out of lettuce not only that but the service is like if I’m the one working there asking them for my drink for napkins for a straw like cmon now if u don’t like working customer service stay your butt home

Just survived hurricane Milton and went here for food. Alyssa is doing a great job running the drive thru without her it would be crazy! You're lucky to have her.
Don’t go here. Me and my boyfriend have went here many times and somehow EVERYTIME something with our order is messed up. It’s either a missing item, or a drink size. We can never get out of there at a decent time either, it always takes about 30 - 40 mins to receive our food but you’ll still end up being there longer because there will be something wrong with your order. ?
