Friendly and professional staff, and I got in and out of the drive thru super fast! Perhaps it was a miscommunication on my part, but I did want to post a review only because I ordered a biggie bag with the normal bacon double stack burger and it seems as though they put some kind of hot sauce on the burger in place of ketchup. It's not good by any means, but it is food and I'm in a hurry or else I would've went back and said something. I appreciate the great service today, just label your hot sauce and ketchup !

Terrible experience. had Ketchup on a burger I asked for no ketchup on, the lady behind the counter she said “ always with you white people trying to scam” definitely not professional, Manager was just as rude as the employee.

Very understaffed but the workers there are very friendly and trying their best to get you your food accurately and quickly as possible with the lack of help. With more staff this location would be 5/5

drive thru experience was horrible… i needed a sec to look at the menu, and the manager Joshua kept rushing me, saying I was holding up the “line”. There was no else in the drive thru but me and another person ahead of me. He cut me off mid order saying I was taking too long to complete my order and had to asset another customer who was ahead of me… then when I got to the window he complained that my order took too long. ( it was an order of 5) all that complaining they still forgot my fries.

What an absolute dumpster fire. Placed a mobile order and waited 15 (!) minutes in the drive through before I was at the window. Guy at the window, seemingly the manager, looks at me and says he doesn’t have my order. “It’s not on his screen.” What a joke.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. Just bought a biggie bag there and the whole meal was awful. The burger patties were dry and hard. Like they’ve been re-heated, fries tasted awful, nuggets were hard as a rock(also seemed to be re-heated) they did not give me any napkins, straw or sauce. Worst $10 dollars I ever spent.

i got a wrap meal and a free jr bacon cheese burger from app
the wrap had the really only dried up cheese and so much cartilage and shit in the chicken
i ordered the burger no mayo and it had everything except the ketchup was only on the bacon? and the bun had mustard only on the side edge?
AND i got the wrong size fry (ordered large got medium)
AND my drink lid was all banged up wont stay on + tastes weird
AND everything was cold.
i legit could not finish my wrap and had no appetite to eat the burger.
