I would give zero stars if I could . Waited in line for 15 mins then was asked to pull up and wait for food after paying for another 10 mins. Now you would assume all food would be hot and fresh at this point, NOPE,,, everything was so bad we tossed the whole order in the trash 33.00 of waste. This place has gone downhill from quality and service. I wouldn't recommend place is TRASH and could make you sick. I won't be back , find another Wendy's.

I went with my cousins and ordered 3 biggie bags. There was no line when we arrived but it took 15 minutes for the food to be ready and two more people who arrived after us got their food before us. The food was cold, the drink dispenser's filter was dirty, and the floor was extremely sticky. Wouldn't come again.

This Wendy's was the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's restaurant. We used the kiosks, then was was ignored by the staff for over 20 minutes. When I asked the staff about our order, they went out of their way to continue to ignore us. We left and went somewhere else. Will never bother to go to that location again.

There’s always an issue with this Wendy’s location, and this will be my last visit to this one. This time, I ordered a large Frosty. Not only has Wendy’s decreased the size of their cups while charging the same or higher prices recently, they also have been skimping on portions. They filled it only 2/3 of the way up this time, and when asked, the lady simply stated, ‘it’s just the way that I fill it.’ I basically paid for a large, but got a medium instead. She was unwilling to top off the cup when I asked her too and was very rude. I would recommend avoiding this location if you can!
Oh my where do I begin. We have given this Wendys on 53rd and Bradenton a multitude of chances. The most recent I ordered a taco salad. It came with lettuce a few pieces of cheese and that was it no tomatoes, no sour cream no salsa the chili did come. I called and the manager said there were only two people working there and I said that didn’t matter and he hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN. WE HAVE SEEN THEM USE THEIR BARE HANDS WITH THE FOOD, THE CHILI COMES WITH IT SLOPPED ALL OVER THE SIDES SO YOU CAN’T EVEN USE THE CONTAINER. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND HANGING UP ON ME WAS JUST NOT RIGHT. THEY’RE NEVER OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY OPEN THAT’S HAPPENED MANY TIMES FOR BREAKFAST. WE’RE FROM OHIO. WE GREW UP WITH WENDYS.

Friendly and professional staff, and I got in and out of the drive thru super fast! Perhaps it was a miscommunication on my part, but I did want to post a review only because I ordered a biggie bag with the normal bacon double stack burger and it seems as though they put some kind of hot sauce on the burger in place of ketchup. It's not good by any means, but it is food and I'm in a hurry or else I would've went back and said something. I appreciate the great service today, just label your hot sauce and ketchup !
