We stopped in after 8pm on a week night. The kiosk for ordering was not working. Orders needed to be placed with the employees.
There were four employees working. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time. There were a few cars in the drive thru. It took a while for one of the employees to take our order. We ordered a cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger and waters. The total was about $16 for the two burgers. They were good but not $16 good, especially with the service received at a low volume time.
We will not be returning.

Most importantly, my son is trying to collect all Frosty's toy. Last night ordered 2 kids meal and received 2 books for toddlers!!! That's not what was selected. My son was so upset! Nothing was said... Inside, where I don't go anymore as it's freezing and last time we got a cold. Also, waiting time for a fast food place is pretty long!

Sloppy burgers no tomatoes, 3 pieces of shredded lettuce hanging out the package
Very poor quality product. What happened to a piece of lettuce and tomatoes on their sandwiches. The bag says “ Nothing Happy about this meal “ on the bag. That is definitely correct !

So I arrived at the drive through 9:54pm. The Wendy’s sign was off and looked closed even though it says open until 12:00. I pulled up to the window and a girl ducks down like I didn’t see her. I pull up a tad and looked her right in the eyes when then she decided to stand up. She then approaches the window and I ask are you guys open? She said yes. My response was then why are you ducking when I pulled up? Then I said never mind. I’m not gonna eat here then. What kind of people are they hiring? What a joke. The management should be fired.
Apparently, there's a 30-minute time limit to sit in the dining area at this Wendy’s—even if you’re the only customer and paid for service. My fiancé was sitting inside, minding his business, scrolling on social media sipping a drink while waiting for a dental appointment across the street at The Smile Mission, when a staff member asked if he’s ordering anything else and then to told him he had to leave when he said no.
He’s more polite than I would’ve been, because he left without making a scene. But honestly, this is ridiculous customer service. You shouldn’t be rushed out of a place you just supported with your money. This kind of treatment guarantees why this particular Wendy’s has poor reviews.

I ordered from the app and there wasn’t even a line when I arrived. My order was missing items and incorrect. I got home with my kids meal without apple slices, my spicy chicken sandwich had cheese and bacon and my double stack was also incorrect. And I had to wait over 20 minutes to get everything. I will not be going back there.

It seems like every time I order food they always have a problem. But when everything works the food is amazing fear the last few times I've had to go there I tried to order food through the app and it didn't work and I end up losing points

,First and foremost. Wendy's, usually my go to for fast food burgers. This location is self-service only. Trying to order 2 adults and 4 children was difficult, and our order was still wrong. Half the food was cold. Cheese on burgers was not melted. Very disappointed.

This place doesn’t deserve a single star. Worst Wendy’s in existence. Given this place too many chances. Order is never right, food sucks. And the whole staff are rude as hell. Don’t go to this location and waste your money!
The fountain machine was out of syrup for most drinks, the sweet tea was bland, but they gave us our order relatively quickly, and got food orders correct
