Whoever was working the drive through at 12:30 am on Tuesday August 5th had an extremely rude attitude and only took part of our order and was angry and annoyed and told us we couldn’t have what we wanted because they were about to close when they had 30 minutes until closing time. He refused to make our order and responded very poorly. Do not recommend this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s due to the manager’s behavior(black guy with dreads). He was extremely rude, had a terrible attitude, and showed no interest in helping customers. I came back because the food I received was low quality, and instead of offering a refund or a proper resolution, he refused to help and even took our food back. This kind of customer service is unacceptable—definitely won’t be returning

I placed an order at the drive-thru. Upon arriving at the window, I realized I needed to add a caramel frosty to my order; however, the cashier informed me that this was not possible, and I would need to drive through the line again. There were no other customers in line behind me or inside the restaurant. I was quite disappointed with the service and the employee's seeming unwillingness to assist me.

We have been here a few times, the food is usually good but the service isn’t always as good. Today, I was SO impressed with the older gentleman in the drive thru (didn’t catch his name). He seemed to be an exemplary model for a Wendy’s employee. Very nice, kind, efficient, and even looked professional and put together. I made a mistake when I made my online order, and he was more than happy to fix it for me. I tried to call and give the compliment over the phone to a manager, but was unable to reach anyone over the phone or leave a message. I just wanted to make sure he gets whatever reward they hopefully offer when they get good reviews. (Hopefully)
