Cobb Salad was TERRIBLE!!!! Lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes were mushy. On top of that, salad was small for $11! This was at 5:00. You think they would have fresh items for the dinner crowd, I would have taken it back, however was too far away. Definitely will not go there again!🥵

Went through the drive-thru this evening and ordered 4 Classic Chicken sandwiches. After paying, I realized they charged me for the 'crispy' chicken sandwiches so I parked and went inside. Spoke with the manager and received a credit for the wrong sandwiches and billed for the correct ones. I specifically asked for no lettuce, no tomato and to please add cheese. I was assured they would take care of the order change. After getting home and opening them, they were covered in lettuce, had no cheese and had no mayo. The buns weren't crispy and I questioned if the chicken was even cooked all they way through. Very disappointed after paying over $30.00.

Staff was all smiling and the manger was doing some training on polishing up service and responses which was great to see the cohesive team camaraderie. Whoever was working the drive through at 12:30 am on Tuesday August 5th had an extremely rude attitude and only took part of our order and was angry and annoyed and told us we couldn’t have what we wanted because they were about to close when they had 30 minutes until closing time. He refused to make our order and responded very poorly. Do not recommend this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s due to the manager’s behavior(black guy with dreads). He was extremely rude, had a terrible attitude, and showed no interest in helping customers. I came back because the food I received was low quality, and instead of offering a refund or a proper resolution, he refused to help and even took our food back. This kind of customer service is unacceptable—definitely won’t be returning
