This Should be self-explanatory. I ordered my food online. It said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there exactly at 30 minutes. My phone will still not ready until 20 minutes later. In the meantime, no one ever came to the front to the cash register, where there were 9 other people waiting. I spoke to another customer who said they had ordered in and had been waiting for there food an hour and ten minutes exactly. There were 9 people in this store working 8 men, one woman.Only one of the men we're coming to the front just to hand out orders. Every 6 minutes seem like. And the guy handing out the food was very very rude.And all the while there was no manager insight.By the time i got my food and walked out the door more people were coming in the store to experience what i did. I went out to the car got my phone went back into the store and took a this picture!! You're welcome.

I would give 0 stars!!!! Don’t come here online orders get priority! We waited 1 hour to get our food. Along with everyone else here the Spanish lady in the front was rude and did not warn any of us of the wait time! Terrible!!!!

Long waiting time if you order in store on a Sunday. We waited over 35 minutes because they were back up on online orders. No manager on site, the workers were slow, the restaurant was a mess. Flies flying around, dirty tables and floors, the trash near the bags of food were over filled. Water on the floor near cables, dirty counters and I don't want to think about the restrooms. We got our food but the fries were soggy, the wings were ok. I forgot to take any pictures.

Ordered online , 50 wings and 2 chicken sandwiches, the delivery driver wich wings stop sub contracts for there delivery arrived and contacted me stated order was not ready I ordered at 3:59 its stated it. Would be delivered at 4:21 then got it message it was running late ,driver had to wait over a hour for the food, the driver ended getting the food delivered @ 6 pmwhen it arrived it was missing the 2 sandwiches, contacted driver and stated he was only handed 2 bags . I called the restaurant been on hold for 45 minutes and no answer. This is not acceptable especially when your spending over $100 including fees .stay away

Boneless wings were small and cold and my fries were cold as well like they were in the fridge with no seasoning at all. Never going back again. All the staff mostly high schooler were just laughing and playing around in the back blaring rap music.
