Wolves Head Pizza & Wings

We were in town for a soccer showcase, and decided to check this place out. Our server was awesome with his suggested menu items. Garlic knots, pizza, and wings were fantastic! The pricing was excellent. I highly recommend! 5/5

Great food, horrible service. Don’t order pickup or add an additional 30 minutes for food. Additionally half of the food was cold after waiting.

Hostess checked on the food once and mentioned wings would be ready in 2 minutes — waited 15 more minutes.

Your food can be good and all but your service to your customers stink. Last time for me.

Everytime we order here it’s take out. It’s been 4 times now and I’ve finally decided to leave a comment. We ALWAYS wait over an hour for our order that is placed and quotes 30 minutes. They ask me 100 times what my order is when I go to pick it up and always have to wait way longer than my quoted time. Very unorganized system they have. It’s ridiculous I order take out so I can get home to eat it and half the time my order hasn’t even been started to cook when I arrive at the 30 minute mark to for pickup! Nothing is ever compensated or even apologized for. It’s complete chaos and this is the reason I won’t even order from here anymore.

1st time here, Very loud. Got bar pizza and 10 wings. Kayleigh asked us what sauces we wanted and we chose 2 with b cheese and ranch. It took over 35 min to bring out food and it was obvious pizza had sat a while as it was barely hot. We had to find plates, cheese and pepper since a runner brought our food and Kayleigh had not returned. She actually visited out table when we were almost done and we asked for a box. Further when we got the bill, to our surprise we were charged $18.96 for the 10 wings that were advertised for $15.99! When we asked Kayleigh she said oh yeah we charge $1 for each sauce!! We certainly let her know that she did not disclose that to us at time of ordering nor was it listed on the menu. Can't see us going back anytime soon since the experience was poor overall.

Pizza sauce is disgusting - the dough was good but the sauce was awful. Not sure if the marinara sauce with the knots is the same, but it was gross too. Staff was awesome but the food wasn’t great.
