It's literally flavored water. Not creamy AT ALL. i went here because the froyo place I like is closed Sundays but does not compare. It's so bad. I even think it's worse than Menchies and I don't like Menchies.

I am very disappointed. Took my son for the first time and the lady kind of was mad because there were some ice cream left in the machine. As we left she didn’t even bothered in greeting us. She was all the time at her cellphone. I gotta say to be my son first experience we were disappointed.

We went in on my wife's 40th birthday with the kids for dessert 30 minutes before close. They refused to restock items on the toppings bar and could hardly look up from their phones to dismiss our requests. Their logic was that they were just about to close and wouldn't be restocking items until tomorrow. After spending $50 on ice cream for the family I certainly won't be going back.

I can see why there's so few people here in a hot summer's day. No cheerful getting as we walk in. Very few selections in ice cream & toppings. When we were handed our spoons, the young lady in a black hoodie was lounging on the counter & I had to reach for the spoons. VERY poor service!!!

if youre only going to be open pn weekends, make sure to update your hours on google. thanks.
We love Yogurt Mountain, we've been going there since we moved into our house almost a decade ago. I'm surprised that the current economy sustains them, but they somehow manage to plug along. The employees are always wonderful, it's always clean, the last little while they have more machines than flavors, I buy more when the have the cup inserts to split the flavors up, but they are often not in stock so I must be the exception, and sometimes the toppings aren't always as many as there were when we started going. But it's overall a positive experience, they have plenty for me and my family, so I'll give them a 5 and hope you can look over the few economy based issues and be happy with what they do have available. The yogurt, and ice cream flavors they have taste very good.

Great place to cool off!
I went to Yogurt Mountain at 16:40 on 04/29/24 and this is the third time this month looking for cookie dough flavor and they never have it. I think this is going to be the last time I come back. Maybe I try again in a year if there still in business. It’s pretty pathetic

It was dead in there and I could see why. The place is not very clean. The workers are just sitting around playing on laptops or phones. Bathroom was dirty. Prices are high and really was not impressed with the place.

This place needs new ownership or to simply close their doors. The last few times I have been in have been very unpleasant. At least 2 or more of the machines are not working, the staff can't fix them or they say it will be 30 minutes until they are frozen and ready, and the app often crashes when you try to open it. (The price is so high you need to use the app to make it worth your visit.) What's even worse is the lingering smell of unclean bathrooms. I thought it was a fluke last time, but it happened again today. I will not be returning. I think the workers are kind, but they look frustrated and unhappy. Don't blame them.

The people working were nice! The yogurt was great but I do not recommend adding the gummy bears they were to hard to chew. I felt like it was a bit dirty but that I can get past. It was a fun family experience do recommend!

Okay so I walk in this afternoon and it smells like a Toilet! But i decided to move forward anyways. I make my cup of frozen yogurt which might I add they w out of several flavors but anyways, I go to put my butterfinger toppings on and there’s a hair in my scoop. I notify the lady at the front and she does absolutely nothing about it besides tell me to throw it away and make another cup. She didn’t change the topping out and allowed other customers to come behind me and use it. I was mortified and I won’t be returning.
Frozen yogurt is outrageously overpriced! If you were to purchase a full gallon it would end up costing $52/ gallon. ($0.69/ ounce, one gallon weighs 4.67 Lbs, 16 ounces in a pound, 4.67 times 16 times .69)
It felt a little dirty inside and they were out of about 4 flavors the night I visited. The toppings did not look fresh. I was disappointed overall. It’s been a few years since I’d been to a Yogurt Mountain but I remember it being much nicer.
