Went to Yogurt Mountain today at 11:15am. I could see the employee an older lady through the window eating lunch. I knock on the door because it's looked, employee avoids eye contact. Then I yell through the window "Are you open?", employee shakes her head and continues eating her lunch. Thumbs down, according to google and the signs on the building it indicates the shop is open.

Yummy froyo! They had plenty of flavors to choose from and even let you sample them if you like! My eyes were too big and I got 4 different flavors lol but the strawberry shortcake and chocolate chip cookie dough were my faves! They have tons of toppings too though some of them looked slightly melted. Just be cautious of piling things on as both of ours came to 16 bucks! Def worth a trip and it's probably healthier than regular ice cream!

It was dead in there and I could see why. The place is not very clean. The workers are just sitting around playing on laptops or phones. Bathroom was dirty. Prices are high and really was not impressed with the place.

This place needs new ownership or to simply close their doors. The last few times I have been in have been very unpleasant. At least 2 or more of the machines are not working, the staff can't fix them or they say it will be 30 minutes until they are frozen and ready, and the app often crashes when you try to open it. (The price is so high you need to use the app to make it worth your visit.) What's even worse is the lingering smell of unclean bathrooms. I thought it was a fluke last time, but it happened again today. I will not be returning. I think the workers are kind, but they look frustrated and unhappy. Don't blame them.

The people working were nice! The yogurt was great but I do not recommend adding the gummy bears they were to hard to chew. I felt like it was a bit dirty but that I can get past. It was a fun family experience do recommend!

Okay so I walk in this afternoon and it smells like a Toilet! But i decided to move forward anyways. I make my cup of frozen yogurt which might I add they w out of several flavors but anyways, I go to put my butterfinger toppings on and there’s a hair in my scoop. I notify the lady at the front and she does absolutely nothing about it besides tell me to throw it away and make another cup. She didn’t change the topping out and allowed other customers to come behind me and use it. I was mortified and I won’t be returning.

We've had their yogurt before and it's delicious but we came here on a Sunday evening only to find that it was closed. You guys need to update your business hours on Yelp

Frozen yogurt is outrageously overpriced! If you were to purchase a full gallon it would end up costing $52/ gallon. ($0.69/ ounce, one gallon weighs 4.67 Lbs, 16 ounces in a pound, 4.67 times 16 times .69)

It felt a little dirty inside and they were out of about 4 flavors the night I visited. The toppings did not look fresh. I was disappointed overall. It’s been a few years since I’d been to a Yogurt Mountain but I remember it being much nicer.

I have not been in quite some time and honestly the place looks messy and dirty. There was yogurt all over the machines to top it all off the woman that checked us out was super nasty and rude when my husband was trying to pay. She literally swatted his hand away. This place use to be super nice and we came regularly. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.

Let me start off my saying we absolutely love yogurt mountain. We always choose your soft serve for special occasions. Whoever you had working Saturday April 8 at 1:30pm, a older lady with curly bleached blond hair who wouldn't tell me her name because she didn't want me to "report" her has absoutly horrible costumer service skills and was not trained properly. She should not have been left alone in the store especially since she doesn't know how to do her job. I told her i had a coupon for a buy one get one in the app, she kinda stomped her foot, huffed, and told me that she wished I would of told her in the first place because she didn't know how to apply the coupon. She made me feel like it was my fault because I didn't tell her before hand. I asked her if she can call someone to help her because I found it to be a problem that I couldn't use my coupon. She threw a receipt down in frustration because she had to cancle and restart the transaction. When I asked her what her name was she said "why so you can report me? No I'm not going to give you my name" She did give me 30% off which is fine i guess, but it wasn't the buy one get one that would of saved me even more money. It honestly wouldn't of bothered me if she was nice about it, but making a costumer feel like they are an inconvenience is unacceptable and totally unprofessional. We won't be coming into your store if the older lady with curly bleach blond hair is working.
