Love zaxbys. Takes a little longer to get your food, but worth it since everything is hot and fresh. Employees are pleasant. Order has always been correct.

I ordered a chicken fried cobb salad from Zaxby’s through DoorDash. When I opened the container and mixed the dressing, there is mainly carrots and red cabbage. I ordered a salad with mainly lettuce. Terrible experience, will not be ordering again

I wish I could leave a zero star, but sadly they make me put one (not even deserved). Went into the Drive through, Employees were very kind and understanding of our order over the mic but still not understanding enough clearly to get it right. I paid extra for extra tenders that I never even received and they were to lazy to dip the tenders so when I opened my bag , the sauce that they decided to put on the side (poured all over the fries, bread, literally all over) in the to go packages instead of dipping the tenders in, spilled all over my food and all on the inside and outside of the bag and was absolutely disgusting. Very disappointing and not to mention at the window when receiving my food, the employees were watching the football game via work tv's as well as their phones. Clearly did not get what I paid for nor the service that is usually provided to me at this location. If you are too lazy to work and provide the right way, then don't work at all. Time to get it together Zaxby's, I want my money back and my chicken that I paid for.

Honestly, I’m only leaving this review because of Marcus (I’m assuming this is how he spells his name).

Marcus helped me out tonight, greatly! I went through the drive through around 8:30 pm and got home to realize my wings were tossed in the wrong sauce and I was really bummed. I called the store about it and Marcus answered, and he was so kind and compassionate! He went above and beyond to remedy the situation and he gave me a refund for the entire order. As grateful as I am for the refund, I’ve gotta say — his hospitality was INCREDIBLE. It was a great experience.

Although I made this review to shine a light on this amazing employee, I do want to add that before tonight, I’ve never really experienced a problem at this location before. My food is always great. So, overall, 5/5 and 10/10! ?

1st time for me, 2nd time for hubby, I had the 3 tacos, SO GOOD!! My hubby had the wings meal and loved it too!! PLUS front counter guy took our order PHENOMENAL, older gentleman with glasses. He was so polite, funny, and professional!! Clean restaurant and bathrooms. 10++++. We will be back if we ever in this area again!! Thank You!!

If you cannot serve salads without rotten pieces of lettuce in them, then do not offer that item. Not sure what’s happened with the cheddar bites but those are also no longer good. Expensive and subpar food

It was ok, I think employees at this location really need to focus on what they’re doing. Orders were wrong and missing items. Hope they can do better! ?
