Got our order, my boyfriend ordered extra fries instead of bread. I ordered just the normal 4 tender platter. Food was cold for both of us, my boyfriend didn't get extra fries. Bread was literally just a slice on bread, not good. Fires were cold and tasteless. Tenders were so much worse than canes. Canes is superior, saxbys is ass. Was really hoping I would find this food similar to canes bc canes is so good but it's not even comparable. Will never eat here again. Don't waste ur time or money. If u want chicken tenders go to kfc or something. Sauce tastes like plain ketchup. They also shorted each of us a tender. I ended up getting three and my boyfriend got 5. I would be more upset ab the shortage of the food tasted decent.

Talked to 3 different employees here and they were all very nice and friendly. Chicken tenders came out so fresh and hot I had to blow on them or wait until the cooled down to eat them. Cant complain about this experience ??

I got the 8 piece boneless wing meal. For one the sauce on the wings was incorrect I wanted medium and got the wimpy sauce. Those are 2 different types of sauces because one is hotter then the other. All the pieces of chicken were not edible. Very tough and all cartilage. No meat whatsoever. This is the one time I got this meal and I’m highly disappointed. Was looking forward to it and it just wasn’t edible. Will not be coming back

I have been eating at this location for several years, relatively regularly. Today I was served a moldy bun! Manager was very condescending and tried to make excuses for selling moldy food. Completely unacceptable, would not recommend eating here.
I like Zaxby's for their Salads. Had a wonderful Grill Chicken Cobb salad always filling and tasty. Atmosphere is that of a quick restaurant spot. But friendly staff.

I’ve been here a couple times! Nick did an amazing job! Made us feel great while we were doing our order and when it was delivered to our car, different from other fast food places! Customer service was with high standards and food was amazing!

Last couple of times I've gone to this location the food and service has sucked. I order 2 meals and pay the extra to have large fries with the meals and when I open my meals there's maybe 10 fries in the box. My son gets a large fry basket and when we open that container there's barely any fries in there. I order some cookies and missing a pack and the girl wants to get an attitude saying she put them in there when I searched the whole bag 3 times before letting them know. I'm tired of the way the employees treat my husband and I when we go here so we will no longer be going to this location. I'll be going to the other location for now on.
