One of the better chicken places

Ignored by 3 employees walking by while waiting at the register (no welcome, we'll be with you shortly, etc.). 2 of the 3 busy with jumbo soft drinks up front and when finally asked for here or to go he didnt set the beverage down.
Food was cold and service inattentive. I've eaten at many Zaxby's and this is my second time here (on the first visit the order was wrong). Definitely not what I've experienced at others (always courteous and fresh)... just bad luck or is it this franchise?

Had a pickup for DoorDash and they were supposed to be open till 9. I got there at 8 :40 and the doors were locked. I was getting paid by the order and not by time. Had to waste 25 minutes of my time and gas waiting in drive through to get order.

They forget at least one item every single time
Worst experience I've ever had at Zaxbys! MELINA who said she was the store manager ruined Zaxbys forever for me. I ordered online and was charged for my food, but MELINA said she didn't receive the order in her store. I showed her my order on my phone that said I had paid and it would be ready at 1:30 for pickup. She didn't even bother to look at it. She just shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know what to tell you. She then told me that to receive my food that I had already paid for, I would have to place my order and pay for it again. I told her that wasn't happening, and as I drove away she laughed and yelled Byyyyyyeeeeee! Don't order on the mobile app at the 14th st location! They'll just take your money and laugh at you. Thanks MELINA! Your customer service skills are a joke, and you have no business being a manager.....if you really are ?

I went for Buffalo fingers and fries or Buffalo blue salad. Buffalo blue salad is no longer on the menu and the fingers I received. We're not tossed in Buffalo sauce and my fries looked and smelled overcooked. I do not think I will be returning....

I’ve tried giving them 3 chances but unfortunately every time I get something from this location something is always wrong or missing this time I got tenders the size of a shrimp for 3 plates of 6 pieces. And paid for 6 ranch sauces and they were covered in ranch because they popped and the employee gave them to me like that.
They have the most friendly employees here. It's always clean and kid friendly with family movies playing on the TV. Food is always ready fast and exactly as ordered every time.

The food is usually fresh and hot. The staff is also friendly and prompt with service. The only issue is the location isn't that great so usually there are transients camping out in the a/c if you prefer to dine in. But drive thru and you should be ok ??
