New owner- very welcoming and helpful. I loved that they have more choices with their dry goods and snacks. They have wide varieties of cheeses. Also, they just opened their new take-out Mediterranean cuisine...we had the beef and kafta platter (absolutely delicious!!) the grilled meats were very well seasoned and the rice is sooo good!!! We will be a regular for sure!

The gentlemen working in this market are friendly and appear to be helpful if you have questions. The market is small but packed with many, many great items. I am never disappointed with the selections.
Take away food. Previously you could order delishly prepared cooked food from the Al Medina Market kitchen. The kitchen is down for now. But I was told it will soon be back and I am hopeful we will once again leave the market bags stuff with excellent groceries and with a great cooked meal or two. Anticipation!

This is a temporary post I hope. Can you maybe update google to address when the restaurant/ take out side of the business will be open? I fully understand and respect that this current closure is for Ramadan. I noted that this was the case and figured I would wait several days past the end of Ramadan. I went in today- the individual at the front is always on their phone. I asked when food service would be back and he said I don’t know. I love to frequent your business- can you assist those of us that do please.

Came in looking for baklava and found much more. Don’t let Sunday fool you they have food ready to cook. I chose the chicken Schwarma. The chicken came on a delicious bed of rice and a side of the best hummus I have ever eaten. 10 out of 10 I will be back for many more meals.

WOW! Stopped in Tampa for the night and this popped up on Google maps! I got the chicken kebab plate! Everything was so flavorful! The chicken was juicy and delicious, along with the hummus and pita!! I would have definitely ordered more pita!

Just wow. Mashallah 🤩 no longer have to go up to bush when this gem is here. Update: 9/26/25 still as good as the first time ordered the same thing along with the kibbeh and a shawarma wrap for my son and daughter and they loved it. 😊

I really want to support this place because the people are so nice but I just had to throw away 70$ worth of meat and chicken because it was spoiled.
It isn’t the first time we bought spoiled stuff, we’ve bought packaged Turkish bread that had mold on it (and wasn’t expired).
This place really needs to fix their refrigeration because someone is going to get seriously ill.

Fantastic specialty store for my middle eastern cooking needs. Great selection of items. We make a stop here almost every week. They carry the best pita's! Take some time to stop here to grab lunch or dinner. The food they prepare in the restaurant area is amazing!

So I couldn’t understand a word my boy was saying so the chef ended up cooking 3x what i wanted but the younger dude at the register got it straightened out. The food was actually really good. Im going to try them lamb chops next👌🏿 but big on food quality and the chicken kabob was authentic.
