Food was great. I was really in the mood for a mofongo and they did not disappoint. It was delicious, full of flavor. The meat was super tender, really makes them stand out, usually since it's fried it's a bit tougher but this was just juicy and easy to chew.
The fruit juices were great too. I had tamarind, really hit home with that one.
I recommend the mofongo, empanadas & empanadillas. I'll try more items next time I'm in the area.

I drove like 35 mins to Aleidas Kitchen at first i thought it was a restaurant but realized it was a food trailer. I felt just as if i was at a restaurant they had this cute set up, so i gave them a try. Let me tell you im so glad I stayed to try their food. We ordered sancocho with rice and avocado. The sancocho was so flavorful. Will definitely be returning.

The hospitality was amazing, I did feel like the arroz con pollo could have had a bit more seasoning, and I didn’t realize the shredded chicken was basically a topping for the rice, it’s about $20 for a container full of unseasoned rice that doesn’t really taste Latin to me, and garnished with shredded chicken, it could have just been an off day, I’ll try again because they were so nice.
