Love it. I’ve been going to other boba spots in the area and they have an amazing cozy vibe. They make their drinks super quick and all the staff I’ve encountered are sweet and more than happy to explain the menu items and try and customize for you. We will definitely be back. Their coffee MT was definitely more coffee than tea, which I’m not use to but it was still really good.

One of my favorite go-to study spots in Brandon! Staff was really nice and the drinks are affordable and taste good! Chill vibes with calming music, which is good for studying. They had a Harry Potter event going on where the staff also dressed up which I thought was really cool! Highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed my visit to Annie Tea House. The staff were super kind and friendly. I got the shrimp noodles and chicken hibachi, both were delicious! The taro coconut smoothie and brown sugar boba matcha latte were also amazing. Great food, great drinks, and a nice chill atmosphere. Cute decor, definitely coming back.

I arranged for a casual One Piece cosplayer/International Talk Like A Pirate Day meet here, and I called ahead to talk to the owner--who was more than willing to accommodate just the four of us who did come. Since they already have seasonal flavors and other small things that cater to the nerdy/anime crowd, you can find a little something for just about everyone.
The staff was courteous, and the menu was reasonably priced, too! Atmosphere? Relaxed.
Cosplayers, if you're going to do something here, come in and chat with the staff to get the land. We don't have a lot of tea/eating spots around here like that as far as I know, so be on your best behavior. Take care of the oasis, and the oasis will take care of you. 😌🙏

Milk tea was excellent and hosts were very sweet and gave great recommendations for our drinks. Plan on coming back for some food next time with our milk tea. The winter melon milk tea was excellent which surprised me.
There’s a lot of boba places in Tampa, but this is one of my favorites! Great drinks and customer service. Their drinks and food are super affordable as well. Highly recommend and I wish they make longer hours so I can come more often! 😊

Ordered 2 taro milk tea and a mango smoothie. I think the smoothie is good but the taro milk tea taste horrible it taste like water I can’t even taste milk on it if you want a good milk tea place I recommend Zimo bakery & cafe. It was my first coming to this place because zimo was already closed and I’m very disappointed with my order.

Have been here a bunch of times to get boba, but no more. The last few times I went, there were a couple associates that were just so rude and act like a customer ordering is such an issue. Clock out and go home if you can't stand to do the thing you're being PAID to do. The woman in the hijab is always so, so nice. Don't know if she's the manager; She gives those vibes. Please have your staff understand that even if the day is hard, I get it, but don't take it out on your unsuspecting customers who might also be having an equally hard day. I'll take my business elsewhere.
