I ordered a tiger milk tea and it had NO TEA in it. It was literally milk in a cup with boba and some brown sugar streaks.
You are a TEA house. You need to make drinks with TEA.
Response to owners reply: I specifically asked the cashier what the drink was, and she said it was the CAFFEINE FREE version. She didn’t mention it had no TEA. Fun fact- decaf tea exists. Obviously when you are a tea house and you say a drink is caffeine free people will assume it’s made with decaf tea. Not that it’s just a CUP OF MILK!
Please educate your staff and update your menu so that it clearly says “beverages that contain no tea” on that section.

this place is for the ambiance its absolutely adorable, Taro milk tea is made of water, powered taro, and powdered lactose free cream. chalky and disappointing. they “rely on sugar to bring out the flavor of the Taro” argued the manager, because “they use agave”. I asked them to replace my two orders of Taro mt with one thai tea and we left. try Kpop in dwtwn ybor if you want a more authentic flavor not reliant on “sugar to bring out the flavors”?? lol

Stopped by to try it out based on others reviews. They were right, great place for boba tea! Excellent, fast, helpful service, reasonably priced, great tea and had dairy free that wasn't super expensive up-charge! Highly recommend! I had the strawberry matcha latte with brown sugar boba, really good!

Absolutely the best boba you will ever try. They make almost everything from scratch even from the boba and fruit toppings to the smoothies! The mango is fresh and creamy and the boba is rich and flavorful.

Love it. I’ve been going to other boba spots in the area and they have an amazing cozy vibe. They make their drinks super quick and all the staff I’ve encountered are sweet and more than happy to explain the menu items and try and customize for you. We will definitely be back. Their coffee MT was definitely more coffee than tea, which I’m not use to but it was still really good.

One of my favorite go-to study spots in Brandon! Staff was really nice and the drinks are affordable and taste good! Chill vibes with calming music, which is good for studying. They had a Harry Potter event going on where the staff also dressed up which I thought was really cool! Highly recommend!!!
Really enjoyed my visit to Annie Tea House. The staff were super kind and friendly. I got the shrimp noodles and chicken hibachi, both were delicious! The taro coconut smoothie and brown sugar boba matcha latte were also amazing. Great food, great drinks, and a nice chill atmosphere. Cute decor, definitely coming back.
