Leigha’s service was good. Food was delicious. They were out of broccoli and green beans, not Leigh’s fault but $3.49 for a substitute that I had to get since they were out, is wild.

I'd never been to this particular Applebee's before. I like the fact that there is space and it didn't feel like it was cluttered. I really am not a fan of restaurants that have so many tables packed in that you feel claustrophobic. The food was cooked well and the service was great..

Ordered to go for work Our order was wrong to start off Ribs weren’t fully cooked and fries were soggy. There were no utensils available when we picked up and they gave us an extra large drink to replace our ranch…. So dissatisfied and disappointed chill is down the street offers much better food and service

Terrible customer service. My wife was sat at a booth and no one came over to ask us anything. Another couple/family was sat at a booth behind us by the young lady at the front door and immediately they were given silverware, napkins and plates. She still said nothing to us. We waited an additional 5-7 minutes and left after being ignored for over 15 minutes after being sat in that area. Bad customer service and I suggest to anyone and everyone to not go there to that establishment. They don't care and it was shown.

We had a wonderful experience with Leigha R., our bartender and server this evening. My husband, my 90-year-old father, and I needed a good, local, neighborhood meal and experience tonight, and from start to finish, that was what was delivered. Food was great, service was excellent, personality and conversation with Leigha were stellar! Highly recommend!!!
UPDATE: I can’t even imagine that this review could get any better, but the experience got even better so I feel compelled to update!! My husband and I came in tonight after a very very, very long day and week for a multitude of reasons. I won’t go into any details but let me just say that once again, Leigha put her human being-ness way before her “job“. Being a server is about bringing food; being a server/friend is about much more than that, and she is just an amazing, compassionate, empathetic human being. Applebees is incredibly fortunate to have her and so are we!!!

She's running around as other workers not just one come up too her asking questions as if they dont know what to do.. don't loose her-I'm new moved from L.A and only come when she's here..
