Ordered Carside To Go and got home, some things were missing (we didn’t check before we pulled away) but called and they were very apologetic and offered to replace the whole meal- we were floored as we were not expecting that. The girl that brought out food the first time was so very sweet and said the manager insisted to replace all. We pulled back up a few minutes later and the manger walked it out herself. Was very sweet and offered yet another apology. I’m not understanding the bad reviews I’m seeing as the food was AMAZING but the service was SENSATIONAL. Thank you!!!!

Today I had a very unpleasant experience, and it will be the last time I set foot in that place. I used to go to that restaurant very often and today I decided to go with 3 co-workers to celebrate the day of Latin American Medicine. We were served by a waiter of very bad mood, an older lady, blonde, approximately 60 years old, who asked us for the ID, maybe thinking that we were minors. The youngest was 29 years old, the rest were 31, 41, and 45. Only two of us had the ID, the other two had the photo on their cell phones but the lady in a very bad mood said that the photo was not valid and that she could not serve us "Margaritas" which was what we asked for, without further explanation, and when we told her that we were leaving, like someone who doesn't care about serving her customers or being pleasant, she said OK, turned her back on us and went to serve other customers. Outraged we stop and left and I'm sure that neither of the 4 nor our families will ever return to that place again.

It was literally the worst/slowest service I’ve ever had, after working late we decided to come to Applebees to grab some food and was so disappointed, we did not even get to eat there we went somewhere else after sitting for almost an hour. It was so empty with only 3 tables and like 4 servers. We paid for our drinks and left.

If I can I will give them "0"star, we arrived at 10:40pm and after 30 mins nobody even talked to us, the restaurant was not crowded at all but it took a long time to get the food... awful service and the server didn't care about it...we're not coming back for sure...please do not come here, they don't care about their customers...
The Fiesta Lime Chicken was tasty, tender, and moist. 2 grandsons enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo. My granddaughter's Chicken tenders were dry and sauce was not offered up front.

It's been years since I've been back to Applebee's. I never went after they took the red potatoes and baked potato off the menu. I used to get the bourbon steak with the red potatoes yum. We went there for Veterans Day, they offered a free meal. The food was just okay.
