Dinner was great, the food was delicious. The Bourbon chicken & shrimp, Spinach dip, boneless wings, and sirloin were all cooked correctly. Or waitress was great, very attentive to our order and needs during the meal.

First time eating here. We were seated quickly and our order taken on a timely manner. Things went downhill after that. Our mozzarella sticks appetizer was brought out cold. We sent it back and waited a long time for it to be redone and brought out. When our entrees were brought out, mine was warm enough but my wife's was cold. She sent it back to be redone. We waited a while but it wasn't brought out and I was about done with my meal, so my wife flagged down the waitress and told her to cancel it. The waitress asked if she wanted something instead, and my wife said to bring her a small salad. The service after that was even slower, plus I had an empty glass for quite a while. When our bill was brought out, we were still charged for two entrees even though my wife canceled hers. No apology or adjustment was offered, we had to ask for a bill reduction. We could not understand the poor service and food, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant when we ordered. I doubt we'll return to this location again.

Me and my sister went for lunch and when we first walked in we stood there waiting for them to seat us and all we seen was the bartender that walked to the back and disappeared and then as we still stood there laughing cause there was no employees ,,a few minutes later a young man came out and seated us we were having so much fun laughing we finally got ok service we couldn't help but wonder were everyone came from they went from no employees to 5to6 running around all we could do was laugh because we didn't see much reaction out of them they don't realize courtesy is there money all in all we had fun

So we stopped in the Applebee's in Brandon, FL to find one server, one bartender, and one cook during dinner time (6:30 pm). It made no sense, so we left and went to another restaurant. Hence, my low rating. I do appreciate the limited staff for communicating staffing issues before we wasted too much time waiting around.

Waited 10 minutes no one came to our table left! No management around. Poorly run go to a MacDonald's.
Food was excellent, but while I was having lunch, there was a big commotion happening between two coworkers, a lady With purple hair yelling very loud, using vulgar language at another employee as if a rumble was about to happen. Unacceptable I was there to enjoy a meal while the food was fantastic unprofessionalism can go a long way, won’t be back to this location if that’s how it is here. Rather drive an extra 15 minutes or so to have a meal in peace.

Food was very salty,good atmosphere until the server yelled out loud if I was going to leave tips.i was in chock very unprofessional.if u have this server plz just make sure if u Going to leave cash money as tip make it visible so she can see it and don’t make a big deal out of it. Also, I will leave this as approved of who it is. I will never come back at least to this Applebee’s I’d rather drive a little bit more and go somewhere else you have a good day

Friendly but inattentive service. We were seated for no less than ten minutes before our drink order was taken (importantly, the section was empty except us and the restaurant was not busy). Our appetizer arrived relatively promptly but was room temperature at best and the flavor was decent. Our entrees, though warm, were complete wastes of money. The “glazed” tenders topping my pasta were pitifully, laughably small and barely coated in the sauce that served as the only source of flavor on the plate. The four-cheese sauce was almost nowhere to be found, leaving the penne as sad, dry noodles. The little cheese sauce that was present was completely devoid of any flavor whatsoever. Once the tenders were gone, it was as if I was eating reheated pasta with a little bit of water underneath.
TL;DR: Just go to Chili’s

I come here often with my friend and we always treat the waitstaff and employees well. Went tonight 11/17 and it appeared to be a manger hosting. She was a blonde older lady. lol. My friend is a diabetic and had low sugars so she had a soda in her hand. She blatantly told us to leave and we couldn’t walk in with it. We definitely drove away and left. Dr Pepper mind u. We were most definitely still going to order drinks and food. Which is crazy. Lost two customers over that which is insane. I also work in a restaurant of a different company and if this is some weird Applebees rule then ur CEO should perhaps consider not being gluttonous. Do better.
