A take out pretzel place, the product did not remind me of the ones I had in Germany , but or a local rendition . They were okay and the yellow substance they cam e with almost resembled cheese. Not so sure if I will have them again , the staff though were monosyllabic with faces to match, not a cheery face in sight. An off day perhaps

The girls that worked today were so nice but they looked so over worked and tired. Idk if this is a staffing problem or what but if it is...get them some help! I've worked in customer service and food industry for 8+ years and I know an over worked employee when I see one. Stressed, tired, exhausted. I get that u have a buinsess to run but be the better employer and treat ur staff right. Don't leave them out to dry. They're the reason u have a company and a paycheck...
