The girls that worked today were so nice but they looked so over worked and tired. Idk if this is a staffing problem or what but if it is...get them some help! I've worked in customer service and food industry for 8+ years and I know an over worked employee when I see one. Stressed, tired, exhausted. I get that u have a buinsess to run but be the better employer and treat ur staff right. Don't leave them out to dry. They're the reason u have a company and a paycheck...

Auntie Anne's is a true American pastime and a modern treasure. Whether you grab Cinnamon pretzel bites paired with a Lemonade slushie beverage, or you treat yourself to an Almond pretzel---my personal favourite---you will NOT be disappointed!!!

The one in front of the icing store First pretzel and pepperoni pretzel I got was stale we ask to have them remade and we don’t mind waiting for it they said ok we got it and it was rushed and they was burnt on the bottom my pepperoni pretzel didn’t have cheese on them not cooked in the middle and burnt bottom the regular pretzel was so burnt it wasn’t editable HOWEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING AND IS THE REASON I GAVE IT HIGHER THAN A ONE STAR
