Auntie Anne's

I went up to buy some pretzels and asked the young ladies were they closed because it looked like they were wrapping things up and one the young ladies (dark skin with her braids up in a bun) yelled out yeah we closed and the other young lady (with the blue lace front wig) turned around and started laughing with because they wasn't closed so the young lady named Makayla came around them and served me she was very polite and respectful. If it wasn't for her the other young ladies would have ran the customers away saying that they were closed because they were to busy gossiping ("about what happened with Bambi and another young lady that they ran away") I could hear their whole conversation and didn't want to help anyone so they could finish their conversation and while the young lady Makayla was helping me the young lady with the bun in her hair kept talking mess being very disrespectful and rude for no reason while the lady with blue hair laughed as if what she was saying and how she acting was funny it was very disrespectful, rude and very unprofessional.

Quite possibly the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. This woman told the man in front of me if he didn’t know what the item was called he shouldn’t get it.
I came up to order and she went back to filling cups with pretzels and turned her back to me. She said quietly what can I get for you. I didn’t hear her. Then she said “ What. Can. I. Get. For. You???” So rude but I proceeded to order. I said I’ll have a frozen lemonade and a cup of pretzels. She came back with a disgruntled voice and a snear on her face….”What. Kind???…” I said “If this is bothering you, I’ll leave” and I did.
She seemed angry at the world. Both myself and the other gentleman were nice to her.
Please consider who you employ because this is a direct reflection of your business.

Arriving at 7:40 pm on a Saturday, I placed an order for mini pretzel dogs and cinnamon sugar nuggets. However, the server informed me that they were out of cinnamon sugar nuggets. Surprised since there were two employees working and about an hour and a half to close, I asked about the estimated time for restocking. Before I could finish my sentence, she abruptly interrupted, “I can’t get to it. I can’t get to it.”

Disappointed, I decided to try another Auntie Anne location (409) instead. The experience at the second location was a stark contrast. Our server, Kaitlyn, was professional, courteous, and informative. She explained that there would be a slight wait for the mini pretzel dogs, as they had just loaded them into the oven. Kaitlyn maintained a friendly and pleasant demeanor throughout the interaction.

In light of the rude behavior at the 459 location, I will never return to that establishment. I highly recommend the Auntie Anne location at 409 for a superior dining experience.

Most of the times the Pretzels aren't made properly, hard, overcooked, too salty or too sweet (cinnamon sugar).

I only worked for this company for almost months and fired based off a lie a co worker said. She never asked me about my side and just believe the other person. I don't remmonded every working for this company.

Arrived at the kiosk at 7:26 p.m. the stand doesn't close until 9:00 p.m. they had no pretzels of any kind, only nuggets. I had a reward in my app to use, that's for a regular pretzel. The very rude short young girl behind the counter said they're not making any more for the rest of the night. How is it that you have no more pretzels, an hour and a half before closing time!? Piss poor management, and employees that just don't give a darn about customers. I left with nothing.

Not great. Pretzels seemed like they sat for a while. Lemonades were also rather watered-down compared to expectations. Not worth the heavy price tag.

The pretzel nuggets I got last weekend were some of the best I’ve gotten. They were warm and fresh. Staff was nice and helped with my BOGO coupon from the app. I came around 5pm. If you want a pretzel and the line is short, join in because it gets long a few minutes later. The plain lemonade was also good. I would get again.

Extremely hard pretzels!!!! As someone that used to work for auntie Anne’s this is not it!!! You can tell they’re lazy and don’t replace the pretzels that have been out for a while. Cashier was super nice and you can tell he was there to work but the guys in the back making the pretzel’s were extremely immature. If I’m paying almost $6 for a pretzel it should not be hard!!! Do better if not close down.

The cashier working here for afternoon shift has a really bad attitude. If you don't like your job then you shouldn't be working.
