I recommend this spot a lot, crazy good sno comes and great vibes in the place! They even have connect 4 in the front for your family to play! Customer service was great and friendly, employee named Josh helped make the best sno cone I had in a while! I definitely recommend you try it out and bring your family and friends too!

Third time going to this place and unfortunately disappointed all three times. This locations syrups are not very potent even though other locations are as well as the ice lacking sufficient syrup leaving it dry, and forgot flavors in my order. Staff is nice and offered to remake it but just would like it done the first time.

Your standard Bahama Bucks when it comes to the product. It seems the place is run by very young and inexperienced managers. The place is always dirty anytime we go in. Tables sticky and toilets are DISGUSTING! My 4 yr old had to go to the bathroom, and I was pissed I had to take him in there! The customer service is usually pretty good, though. There are no issues with how the workers treat people. I honestly think they would clean it up if asked, but it shouldn't have to be asked. I could see if it was 1 table, but multiple tables are usually sticky and dirty.

My daughter loves the umbrella and color change at comes with her frozen treat!

Siennah is such a great worker really brought this place to life. They also have color changing spoons made my day.

This place is such a disappointment. A whole classroom full of little kids were waiting for a 'Snowball Fight' at school for a Christmas party, since the owner agreed to provide our paid order earlier than the normal business hours. Once we showed up to pick up the paid order, no one showed up. I would not take my business here again. Just terrible service. I would NOT depend on this place.

I love this place. There are so many different flavors. Last year I got party packs to go for my daughter's birthday at her school. I needed enough for 32 kids and teachers. I bought 2 different party packs, they even helped me to my car. I got 2 styrofoam coolers full of snowcone ice, cups, spoons, umbrellas, napkins, ice scoops, bottles of syrups with the little spouts, plastic gloves, and sprinkles. The kids and teachers all loved it. We also had enough left over to invite another classroom to join her class and I still ended up with a cooler full of ice that had not even been touched yet and we filled those cups over the top. We also had lots of syrup left over too. I will definitely do this every year going forward instead of cupcakes for the classes. It's more expensive then a bunch of cupcakes from a grocery store but it is so worth it.
