I enjoy playing pool at the location. Food is good however I have mentioned how badly a better nonalcoholic drink is available. Having bottled tea unsweetened/sweetened would be a better option than water. Only non carbonated options are to acidic, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Other halls have tea as an option. I asked the bartender to mention it and was told to write review.

I came in the other day with my grandmother as we do every week. We loved this place and saw it as our bonding spot. This past time we went, this woman spit on my grandmothers shirt because my grandmother accidentally spilled her lemon water. My grandmother has parkinsons and is always trying to be very careful but she lost her grip so the cup fell and broke. My grandmother was so embarrassed and went to tell the ladies at the bar, when she was met with this woman who was extremely angry at her. So angry that she shoulder checked an old woman and then spit on her shirt. I understand that work can be stressful, but this is not the way you treat people. My grandmother was so sad that she upset her even after being treated that way, it absolutely broke my heart. She is still embarrassed .

Had a great time here with my boyfriend. We got a couple drinks and played pool for a couple hours. The place was clean and played some pretty decent music. We had a nice time!!
Headed to Dave and Buster's to shoot pool and learned that all the pool tables were removed. A nice lady saw my disappointment and recommended Baluka Billiards. Awesome pool hall! Also a great bar and friendly staff. Was there for 5 hours and didn't even realize it. Can't wait to go back!

They automatically charge 20% tip for two people that had 3 drinks and an hour of pool. The kicker is they don’t even come out to the pool tables so why am I charged the 20% gratuity? I called to say I didn’t know they did that and asked for the manager to call me because I saw no signage saying that tip is included, they tell me there is signage and I’m pretty observant so I went to balukas to see where the signage was and yup it’s there but not where I could see plus it’s in red ink with yellow over it super hard to see from the bar. Still waiting to hear from the manager, I just wanted to share some suggestions like to put signage on the bar or at the entrance where people would see. also after going to take pics of the signage and zooming in it states “20% gratuity MAY be added” so wtf does that mean and why was it applied to a $46 tab??? I would have liked the manager calling me to explain why it was added to my tab or also take the “may be added” and just state it will be added. I would like to understand why the gratuity included the pool tables where there was zero service? I’m really disappointed because I’m also in the service industry and we would’ve had clear signage not red with yellow over it and far for people that can’t see far and aren’t sitting at the bar. I tipped on top of the tip and total minus $2 cause I was not tipping on the pool tables but didn’t see it on my ticket till the next day so they got 40% tip for mediocre service and drinks.
