Dunkin still has some room to improve on their donuts, but BR ice cream is still great. My 4yo son insisted on a cone, and before I had even pulled my wallet out of my pocket, his scoop was off the cone and on the floor. The clerk graciously offered another scoop, on the house, and in a bowl so the Boy could enjoy the best of both worlds.

We had two free scoops on MELT INSURANCE Day on 14th August. They didn’t have all the flavours mentioned on the app but we still enjoyed our free scoops of ice creams ? Thanks Baskin-Robbins ❤️

One of the most terrible Baskin Robbins I’ve been to. Customer Service is not there at all. The staff doesn’t greet cyst nor do the managers. Today they had 3 employees and a manager walking around. It took them 5-7 minutes to greet me, with only one customer in the store. When I was helped, they had no waffle cones at 5:00 pm? I asked about making more and the employee acted as if it was a chore….” It would take about 15 minutes for us to make a WHOLE batch of waffle cones”…. Terrible! Go elsewhere.

Employees here are so lazy they come and go like walking in circles and ignoring people in line and worst of all for me was that they don't wear gloves and don't wash their hands regularly

I've never been ignored by 3 people simultaneously before... Standing directly in front of the ice cream counter for 10 minutes while my PRE SCOOPED pint melts... No one in front of or behind me, no one at the drive through window. Wow.

i doordashed half choc chip half oreo and an employee named mecca literally took vanilla ice cream and stuck an oreo in it. when i called she got an attitude with me and claimed she “didn’t see it on the ticket”, instead of just calling to resolve it before sending it out like anyone with common sense would do. absolutely 0 decorum or politeness either

Guess I’ll add to the already low reviews that the regional or district or store owner cares nothing about lbs. I’ve been trying for 2wks to get a waffle bowl. I’ve went to the store on 3 different occasions and they NEVER have waffle bowls. They have this butterscotch blondie advertisement on the window in a waffle bowl but I can never get what’s shown. The crew tells me they only make 3 waffle bowls!!!! Why?!?! When you have this ad up you should make enough for the demand. It’s so annoying. I just don’t understand ?
9 am there was a full selection of donuts. Drive through was backed up to street so I parked and went in.

Went there today with a few friends, its actually Baskin Robbins with Dunkin Donuts very neat place they have and location is good as well I ordered the flavor of the month which was Gingerbread house it was actually quite good, not too sweet or overpowering of spice and then I had a Caramel Cappuccino Blast very good as well, the staff were ok, but overall good place to go and get a donut and/or ice cream.Update from today, went with a few friends, ordered a Peach Passionfruit refresher with green tea, tasted amazing and ordered 2 donuts glazed and the Buccaneers tribute Raise the flag donut Which is basicalñy a glazed donut with white frosting and red sprinkle its was very delicious. Staff was very nice and kind and it honestlythe place felt very cozy. Overally I love coming to this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts, I highly reccomend.

I have lived in the area for 25+ years. This Baskin-Robbins never has bananas for their bananas splits or any of the toppings for their ice cream sundaes. They barely have the full menu. It's an embarrassment when my people look up the nearest Baskin-Robbins in the area, I always direct them to Campbell's Dairyland down the street. They have everything offered on their menu.

First they didn’t have the flavor I wanted then I asked for a different flavor they ended up still giving me a flavor I DID NOT ASK FOR! the lady took it back & still didn’t give me the flavor I asked for instead of saying they didn’t any of the flavors I asked for they gave me a flavor that I did not want. will not be returning back you guys need to restock and do better
