Due to understaffing, it took me and my partner over 15 minutes to get our drinks sitting at the bar. Bartender was swamped with two tables of 10 people each. With one waitress on duty. Not her fault. Manager was sitting in the corner on the phone the entire time we were there. When we got our food, there was a piece of fresh fish non-cooked sitting on my wife’s sandwich which was supposed to be a crispy chicken sandwich. Pretty gross. The queso was watery and had zero flavor. And the potstickers were overcooked to the max. My wife and I have been a long time patron of Beef O’Brady‘s going back 15 years from Orlando to Tampa and Brandon. I would advise nobody come to this place. There are so many Beef O’ Brady‘s in town this would be the worst one we’ve been to.

While the food and drinks are great, my positive review is strictly for your staff member Jasmine. We LOVE Jasmine! We come weekly for trivia and always request to sit in her section. Jasmine is WONDERFUL! She’s our good luck charm!

I took my family here recently to eat, and I was just as pleased as I usually am. It was a little busy when we went, and it seemed like some of the workers may have been starting to get a little frantic, but miss Kim was there to step in and save the day as usual. She was unruffled the whole time I seen her, and it appeared as if she were helping calm down some of the younger panicked waitresses that were working. She has a wonderful, positive, aurora to her, and is one of the biggest reasons why we keep coming back. Thank you miss Kim for everything and keep up the matchless work and pleasantness about you!

Hadn't been here in awhile and Boy has the menu changed. They have a whole separate menu for their steak items. Sign up for their rewards program for additional perks. They did get rid of the coffee(s) but you'll still be pleasantly pleased with your meal.

Disappointed with food and service. Chicken wings were over cooked, onion rings were under cooked - with batter still in the ring. Our server was nice, but I had to go myself to get Splenda for my tea, and malt vinegar for my wife’s dish. Also, why are children allowed to go in and out of the kitchen area? Seems to be a food safety violation.
