If you’re looking for a massive Indian spread that doesn't sacrifice quality, this is it. The variety is wild—I didn't even have room to try all the vegetarian curries, though the paneer looked incredible. Pro tip: save room for the Gulab Jamun at the end. They’re warm, syrupy, and exactly what you need after all those spices. Definitely coming back with a bigger group next time.

Tried Bindas Bistro’s grand buffet last weekend and it was an absolute treat for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. There were so many varieties and everything tasted amazing. Special shout-out to the paneer frankies, samosa chaat, veg chops, veg fried rice, gobi Manchurian biryani, mutton curry, butter chicken and the tandoori chicken served with soft and fresh naans. Great spread, great taste, and totally worth it. Highly recommended! 😋
