This place is permanently closed. Be careful when placing an online order because they will take your money and the doors have signs stating permanently closed

My meal looks like a TV dinner! No cornbread just a piece of stale bread of some kind. The food was barely warm.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT GO TO HERE. Food quality is not even Boston market but store bought from Walmart. Food was gross and tasteless. If I can give something lower than a star I would

Sat at drive thru—no response, pulled up to window—older white haired woman looked me in the face and walked off. Service nonexistent!!! Don’t waste your time!!

I went there for the meatloaf which is now available again, but they didn't have the red sauce. I would normally have them put that sauce on the mashed potatoes. Just not the same without it in my opinion.

Do not waste your time going here. One they wouldn’t even open the inside because they don’t have enough workers. Two they don’t except anything online. Three their menu online doesn’t match what they actually offer in the store. We wasted too much time trying to eat there and eventually just left.

Very small selection of food. Two options of meat, chicken or meatlaof. No sandwiches! No salads! They only had about 5 side items to choose from. Rice was under cooked and hard. Potatoes came from a box. Creamed spinach was okay but was clearly from a box. Mac and cheese was watery and tasteless. Broccoli was unseasoned. Disd not try the sweet potato casserole. Soda machines were broken and all they had to drink was water from the soda machine or a bottle. Each meal was over $11.00. My son's chicken was small and dry. He did not eat his meal. He had the rice and mac n cheese as a side dish..Ended up taking him to a fast food restaurant less than an hour later. My mom whom normally is not picky, complained about the quality of the food. Will not go back!

It's a shame how bad this Boston Market has gotten. I'm not sure how it is in other locations lately, but this location is terrible. They only really serve chicken or meatloaf now as entrees, plus sides. They have five different varieties of chicken, but those varieties are nothing more than some sauce or spices sprinkled on top of the chicken. The "Signature Tuscan" is just the regular chicken with spices sprinkled on it. The "Signature Hot" is just the regular chicken with generic buffalo sauce poured on it. They were out of the "Parmesan Tuscan" but I'd imagine it's just the "Signature Tuscan" spices with parmesan in it. They were also out of the garlic & herb.If you go to the Boston Market website you'll see different sandwiches, pot pies, market bowls, turkey, salads, etc. None of that was on the Boston Market menu. In fact, they had taped over some of the chicken entrees on the menu screen. The sides are just bland hospital food. Our food was served in to-go containers and they gave us plastic silverware they probably bought at Costco. This particular store didn't have any working soda fountains so we were sold cans of Coke. They had way too many employees there. There was no one else in the store so once we were served the manager went outside and played on their phone while the other three guys just sat around and chatted near the register. A couple other customers came in and two of the employees did take care of them quickly, then they went back to chatting.Prices? $12.99 for a 1/2 chicken (which isn't that much) and a couple sides, plus a $.50 upcharge for the "premium" sides of sweet potato casserole or creamed spinach. You're better off going down the street to Salem's where nearly everything on their menu is cheaper and fresher, not to mention that they have working soda fountains and they serve everything on their menu.I hope other Boston Markets are doing better than this location.

We just had the driest oldest chicken I've ever gotten from a Boston market meal. It's not like they're going to miss my business because I only went there once a blue moon but that was by far the worst meal I've ever had from any Boston market.

i was wondering why it was empty… now i know. Nothing here is seasoned thoroughly. Very over priced, i got a quarter chicken with 2 sides and it was $14. Absolutely disgusting the chicken was MADDD dry and it tasted like water. I don’t even want to speak about the mac and cheese.. tasted like the box macaroni. Only good thing was the mashed potatoes. BUT THE CORN BREAD?? lord have mercy absolutely disgusting.

I am totally confused about how the Boston market used to be. I recommended to one of my work colleagues that we go there for lunch. And it was the first time he would experience Boston Market very disappointed. It is one of my favorite places to eat, and now the recipes have changed not for the better even when we went around 11: 30 am just shortly after they opened the food was dry. The soda machine is always down. Lemonade tastes like nothing but colored water. The bathroom was disgusting what is happening. Is Boston market going out of business? Now I can't speak for every Boston market. Just the one in Brandon off of Adamo driveI will attempt to try Boston market next time. Just at a different location.

I don't understand how this Boston Market can differ so much from others I've been too. So disappointed with the horrible tasteless dry chicken and meatloaf with no gravy sauce topping. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. They didn't have the pot pie which was almost $10 and substituted it with a couple of pieces of the meatloaf and didn't give me the corn bread. My order was for a whole chicken all white meat yet i got the dark with the white. Sides were supposed to be 2 mash potatoes, 1 sweet pototo and got 2 sweet potatoes instead. The half order of the corn bread which are my favorite were dense and with no flavor. Really this place needs to get it together! Total waste of money.

My Uber eats pickup order was canceled once I pulled into the parking lot. I decided to order out and I was told that they had no sauces for the chicken. Gravy was the only solution. The staff was very carefree and nonchalant about the entire situation. Young heads work here. Meatloaf was dry and was given to me with nothing but two stale pieces of cornbread.

Food tastes old and dried out. Corn bread is a brick. Mac n cheese doesn't have any flavor and the mashed potatoes taste like instant. They were out of sweet potato, spinach, ect. We won't eat here anymore.
