They make the food wrong and don’t even offer to fix it. The bigger girl doesn’t give a crap about anything, she cares more about calling people pet names and acting cool instead of doing her job. The owner is useless and rude, they can’t even answer the phone. This is what happens when people that don’t know what they’re doing take over a successful business. They keep this up and they won’t last.

These are the best bagels in town. The wait is sometimes 20-30 minutes just to order and they don’t ever answer their phone to order ahead. The place is very small but the bagel is always amazing. Exactly like a New York Bagel Deli.

OMG I was so happy I was on this side of town and I was able to stop by…when I tell you the best service. I love the lady upfront. She is so friendly to each customer now these bagels. I’m literally sitting in my car outside can’t stop myself from eating this asiago cheese bagel. I think it’s honey maple raisin cream cheese toasted with butter.

Me and my husband had a place around here for about a year and this was our go-to bagel spot. Literally so delicious. One of the only things we will miss about living over here! I’ll be thinking about this place and hoping I can make a pit stop here again in the future!

It’s really disappointing having to make this review. My boyfriend and I have been coming here a lot for the last year, but recent experiences have left us looking for a different place to eat.
The first incident was when they made a bagel sandwich incorrectly, leaving an ingredient in that we explicitly asked to have removed due to an allergy. We brought this to their attention yet they made us pay for a replacement at a slightly reduced cost instead of fixing their mistake by remaking the sandwich for free.
In addition to this, the man that seems to be the owner has been rude to us as well as his staff. One of our first visits we walked into a loud argument happening between the owner and one of the female staff. It was very uncomfortable but we hoped it was a one off. It wasn’t. He speaks to his female staff rudely in front of customers and allows verbal altercations to take place in front of customers as well. It feels very hostile.
Today, we called to put in our order and was left on hold for 11 minutes. It probably would’ve been longer, but by the 11 minute marker we pulled into the parking lot and just went inside to order.
We stayed on hold and planned to show the owner that they still had us on hold. We showed the owner that we were at that point on hold for 15 minutes. He claimed they were busy, and we said we could hear inside the shop and pointed out that they hadn’t been talking to any customers multiple times - it was complete silence aside from things being moved around. He shrugged it off and offered a 10% discount. After we paid, the owner admitted he forgot we were on the phone and gave us a random bakery item as an apology. I appreciate the gesture but after everything I think it’s safe to say we’re done here.
I wish the owner treated staff and customers better, but since he does not I cannot support this business any longer.

Bare bones place, no seating, but sandwiches are very good , only open for breakfast and lunch?
Great local bagel shop. Support Local Bagel Dealers! Amazing taste, the bagel is not heavy setting - bagels taste fresh the quality is really good. I love that the A/C is off - reminds me of what traditional brick 'n mortar stores used to be. They are not trying to be the best bagel in town but they might just be! Try the asiago and my wife loves the garlic (TRUE GARLIC) bagel. Great Sandwiches breakfast and lunch . Thank you for being committed to this craft! If you are in doubt and feel like you want to go to another shop, try this you will not regret.
