My buddies and I were left high and dry by an inattentive waitress; we felt practically abandoned here. We didn’t get any refills for our drinks the entire time; when we ordered a dessert for the table, a cookie skillet, we asked for three spoons and to get the ice cream on the side, because one of us is lactose intolerant, however that wasn’t properly communicated to the kitchen and it came out normally with only one spoon. Lastly when it became time to pay, after we were given our second receipt for the tip, we weren’t given pens and it took us having to track down another waitress for a pen so we could finally get out of there. The food was decent and came out quick, but I can’t recommend the service

We had a great time! Abby was our server and she was attentive, prompt and had a great attitude. John the manager on duty, also was very nice and we appreciated him checking in with us!! It was a nice environment to watch OU Sooners play Alabama!!

I just had thee worst experience . Abby needs to be retrained . She literally recounted someone’s change in front of me for 10 minutes . My order was supposed to be ready at 8:01 which been sitting there . I did not get my order until 8:10 because Abby was counting forever. I get to the counter she sees I’m on the app tells my to hit buttons and sees me hit I got my order and everything went back to the Home Screen as if it was complete and she keeps repeating I need to see the maps. She has no clue what she is talking about . Then answering the phone while counting that change for the 35th time . She clearly cannot multi task . I come here often and never had such an experience . She needs to be taught some manners as well . Complaining that it’s just her and she’s doing everything herself . Thanks for my cold $20 order
Food was absolutely horrible my girlfriend and I ordered a platter and a 6 piece from you guys and the FOOD WAS COLD and i know your saying we could have re heat it up no it was cold enough to be put back in the FREEZER! Who ever your employees are they all need be retrained IMMEDIATELY it's just ridiculous if I'm spending good money why am I getting trashy food smh!!
