I had a disappointing experience at the Drive-Thru. The staff member assisting me appeared inattentive and displayed a noticeably poor attitude throughout the interaction, which came across as unprofessional. My order was missing syrup for the French toast, and I was then charged extra to receive it. Additionally, when I requested light ice, the employee forcefully slammed the ice into the Coke machine, which I found both unnecessary and concerning.
As a restaurant owner myself, I would not tolerate such conduct or the mishandling of company equipment. I strongly recommend a review of staff training and customer service standards, as this experience reflects poorly on the establishment.

I don’t stop at Burger King very often, but I do like whoppers. Today’s order was a complete disappointment as for heavy pickles one pickle sandwich looks like it had been sitting there for a while. I thought they made them to order. I won’t stop at this Burger King ever again.
$10 for a quick lunch turned out to be worth about two cents.

Always rude employees and never get food right , always cold and wrong , everyone that works there has a bad attitude and today the African American large man (apparently Manager) was extremely rude to me and my 7 year old Autistic son and said some uncalled for things because I asked a question about a menu item. I wouldn't give this place any stars and stay away from this BK. I have had issues every time I go, and I go a lot because my son will sometimes only eat chicken fries being as he is . I can't believe how they treat people , it's the closest one to my house and sometimes I have to hurry due to circumstances. Don't have time to travel to a different one but last time I ever go to this BK and I suggest they do something about the staff there.

Is it me? Or is the lettuce wimpier by the week. Used to have the crispiest lettuce on the whopper. Now it's just wilty and tasteless. The whopper with heavy everything is still the best fast food burger in the world, in my humble opinion
