I'm a trucker so it's hard to get bk because of parking. This store I can get into.. I start work at 5 am. website says open at 5 am. I go here at 630 and told that dine in and drive thru open at 7. Can't wait 1/2 hr.. so no breakfast.

I'll never go back to this dump after the way I was treated by the 'lady' on drive through this morning. Your day is already off to a bad start if you're eating this slop for breakfast, but having the workers call you a liar, roll they're eyes and when you eventually get a refund they throw the money at you and slam the drive through window, just makes a bad morning worse. Anyway, maybe I should thank her for her terrible attitude because that's what it took to make me finally stop coming here

This place is never open.. It's 0555 and I sat waiting to order but nobody was there to take my order. I go there at night before work and they tell me that they are closed and that's before 10 p.m. worked in Brandon for a year and only successfully ordered food less than a handful of times.

I visit at the store of lunch the employees was not ready the manager was all over the place my sandwich was not fresh I went up to the manager to let her know she was taking orders an overlooked me for a while and finally said what's wrong and I told her. Manager gave me an attitude. Food should have been fresh..

Just to tell the Owner about the bad service they offer to Customers. When I arrived there was an older lady, no one was in front, I had to Yell for them to help me and everyone saw me and no one did anything. From the cook, the young man who was there, nor the Manager. But that doesn't stop there. I asked for my offers. I paid and they made me wait more than 25 minutes and that was intentional, no one cared about what was happening and I only asked for my money.
PS.This is the worst BK I have ever visited and I think they do not review or care about customer opinions. Check the Stars, there are many bad Opinions.

Food was what you can always expect from Burger King. Granted we just had a hurricane but service was extremely slow . It took almost an hour to get 8 cars through the drive-thru
