Went through the drive thru, around 11:45 , well that’s what time I left the drive thru. I got there at 11:30, there was no one inside ordering and no one in the drive thru. So I figured this shouldn’t take long, so after waiting almost 15 mins for one chicken sandwich one order of medium fries, a strawberry frostee and a 4 piece mozzarella sticks. They didn’t give me any marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks, so I tried to get there attention after sitting at the window waving my hands for about 3 mins, I watched the manager on duty, look me in my eyes and ignore me, turned her head away like I wasn’t trying to get her attention, I honked my horn cuz now I’m waiting 3 plus minutes for a sauce that they forgot to give me, and a minute after I honked she finally comes to the window and says what happened? Like maam all of this is unprofessional. Burger King do better at who you hire. Everytime I come to this store it’s always an extremely long wait followed by attitude. Un called for

I had a disappointing experience at the Drive-Thru. The staff member assisting me appeared inattentive and displayed a noticeably poor attitude throughout the interaction, which came across as unprofessional. My order was missing syrup for the French toast, and I was then charged extra to receive it. Additionally, when I requested light ice, the employee forcefully slammed the ice into the Coke machine, which I found both unnecessary and concerning.

As a restaurant owner myself, I would not tolerate such conduct or the mishandling of company equipment. I strongly recommend a review of staff training and customer service standards, as this experience reflects poorly on the establishment.

I don’t stop at Burger King very often, but I do like whoppers. Today’s order was a complete disappointment as for heavy pickles one pickle sandwich looks like it had been sitting there for a while. I thought they made them to order. I won’t stop at this Burger King ever again.

$10 for a quick lunch turned out to be worth about two cents.
