Don't waste your time. This chain is dying for a reason. Thursday at 11:30 pm- Ordered through the app and when I drove up all the lights were out, but yet my order is on the way?!I get it, its 30 minutes before you close, I'm sorry my house flooded and I thought fast food was an option.Thanks for the heads up.

You take your chances. We attempted to dine in and we walked out. Looked to be only 2 staff members working. The drive through was backed up. Counter had 3 guest in line we were the 4th. Plus there were 2 other guest who had ordered. Not enough staff I think is the issue. Dirty booths and tables from previous guest.

Honestly, I liked this location. But now I see that was only for going through the drivethru. Stood inside for what had to be ten minutes, being told, „I‘ll be right with you.“ Multiple times. Only to hear drivethru orders constantly be taken.I get it. Short staffed, corporate worrying more about their payouts than their employees. We had a real quick order and would‘ve been on our way. Only go through the drivethru is you go here.

Remodeled so staff can't see when you come in, ice in soda machine broke or empty food
They were so wonderful and nice at the drive-thru. It is refreshing to have such nice staff members greet you, especially at a drive-thru. I also adore that they gave both of my kids crowns simply because we were ordering food there! Both of my children were so so happy and so so excited to receive their crowns!Kid-friendliness: Both of my kids were so so happy that they were able to get crowns while we waited for our food.

Went to drive through on 1/212024 at 11:15am. Ordered a #1 waited for about 5 min at window was told waiting on fresh fíes. 5 more minutes I knock said forget the fries just give me the burger. Guy said wrapping the burger now., fries came out. Waited the so called manager brought my bag a snatched it to go and she jerked it back and said don’t be snatching. I snatched again she slammed the window. I knocked she came back and said you ca t be snatching. Yes I can it’s my bag and I’m the only customer for that time for a reason. She said I don’t care if you call corporate. She was unprofessionally rude and escalated the issue and if she is the manager I would imagine the place will stay empty of customers. She needs training in customer services. Yes I was pissed biut I did not say anything nasty. She did.

Now I know why the place was empty! One star only because you have to.The manager was rude and ignored the inside line for around 10 mins for the drive thru. Then I ordered and my kids heard ne ask for plain cheeseburgers. Got them and they weren't. I went back and the manager argues with me about not saying the word plain. Unbelievable. Then she kicks an old man out. Then finds out the two girls been sitting I'm here for over an hour to get interviewed for a job. I told them they didn't wanna work for her ! This bk is terrible ! Never go here!!!!!!!
