The Lady name Patty is very rude and disrespectful and shouldn't be working in customer service I witness her throw a customer cup on the counter without being apologetic and that was before she yelled at me in a very loud tone during a order and she appeared as if she wanted to attack me the manager intervened by pulling her to the side with out apologizing for her disrespect to customers. The atmosphere is usually an okay environment with other good employees except for Patty. I will be following up with the corporate office about the matter and i advise others to do the same.

I ordered two Whopper Juniors with cheese in the Drive-Thru they both came smothered mayo and had been microwaved for way too long.no lettuce. both inedible the coke was the only thing tolerable and the drive-thru line took 25 minutes to get five cars through. You could hear them playing in the background through the microphone not concerned at all with what they were doing.
