This is my favorite Burger King. It takes a minute to get your food but it's because it's made fresh. I love the service here. We have been eating here on busy nights at least once per week lately.

This location is very bad 👎 😕 at customer service.
Staff here are rude. Never comeback here again.
The manager here is the worst ever.
This is the worst experience of my life that I've been in many different locations in the US.
This store is bad 👎 😫 😩 very bad.

Burger King in selfish with the Wi-Fi to do you realize how many people is low income people on Wi-Fi and you don't want to share I call that straight up selfishness and grade so you just lost another customer so keep your Wi-Fi and put it where the sun don't shine turn it off get rid of it useless

Of course mistakes happen. However if you burn the sausage patty do not think you can stuff it between a biscuit and it will be okay. You might have hid the fact that it is black and burnt when looking at it. However when you bite it and it is hard as rocks and you are unable to eat it. Total waste of money. SHAME ON YOU

They hurt my kids, they mistakenly loaded two kids meals with jalapeño poppers instead of kids meals causing my kids to burn their mouths and nearly choke. Obviously I was upset and i immediately called the store a nice person named jay answered and explained that their were two managers and he was one of them he then said “oh that’s what happened, we had another customer come in that had ordered the poppers and they received your nuggets. It’s a harmless mistake they are served in the same packaging”

Jay offers to return the two kids meals and asks if I would like to return the whole meal. I say yes because I will now have to leave the house to purchase new food for my kids and while I’m doing that mine will get cold and that’s not right. He says ok let me check with my manager as he was only the shift lead. He then gets back on the phone and explains they can only give me a refund (mind you they already have proof of the severe mistake) if I bring the items all back for inventory purposes…. I politely decline to make the extra trip as my wife had picked it up close to work not home and asked for the managers name for the corporate complaint they left me on hold for over 15 minutes then another person a woman gets on the phone asking what did I need…. I asked again for the manager’s name for a corporate complaint. They asked what did I need again I said the manager‘s name they said Jay Was the manager and when I repeated my statement that I want to J reports to they seem to begrudgingly tell me, Kasey. I don’t know what part of this management team thinks that is OK to ghost a customer deal dealing with what I would suggest is a pretty severe issue But I’m obviously biased here, but that is no way to treat any customer. I did not scream I never cursed. I said please and thank you the entire time. I hope that call was recorded. Jay was great. He owned the problem and was trying to help me find a solution whoever he was reporting to. I don’t know if they were just having a bad day or you just aren’t a good manager do better.
