The food tastes bad

I went to this burger King spent nearly 30 minutes at the drive threw when they gave me my bag I looked in it it was missing 1/2 of my ordering asked for my onion rings well done crispy they were not I asked for my recipe they said there recipe machine doesn't work I said it hasn't worked for over 2 months I said to them that it hasn't worked for several months I said to them what if I get food poisoning how do I prove it . I also said to them what happened to there motto have it your way. This doesn't exist anymore you get what they want you to have this was a very disappointing visit I hope they get some much needed quality help!!!

When that one lady manager is working w the colored hair, you know your food will be good and right. She deserves a raise or something , always has everything together, the most organized I’ve ever seen a Burger King .

For the general manager: teach your employees that it’s a team. I watched two separate people walk out cause the lady in drive thru was calling to whoever was working the front to come instead of coming over and taking their order and then hid in the back the rest of the time (both stood around 5mins)… also, in the back they are dropping way too much fries and onion rings (I worked BK back in college, fries/o’s are >4mins/3mins), anytime I come in there’s almost a basket full of both and BK is never that busy, so they’re always giving out warm/cold fries/o’s. .. literally heard an employee say “I don’t care, this isn’t my store” from the dining area (pretty sure it was the manager on shift). Train better

I was really craving a whopper and some onion rings at the end of my 16 hours of manual labor job. Walked in at 9:42pm, before the front register lady could greet me the dude on drive-thru commented something along the line of "17 minutes til we close lobby and someone gotta walk in". We all have bad days, brush it off and start my order - no onion rings. I woulda stayed for the whoppers but the combo of rudeness from the drive-thru dude and lack of the thing I really wanted made me not want them anymore. The front register lady was kind and greeted me nicely post rude drive-thru dude. Went across the street to their competitor.

I have never given a review ever but I had to after going to this joke of a restaurant there was me and only 1 other car infront and the lady running the drive through I believe her name was Jenna cut me off 3 times while I was saying my order and then when I got to give her my money she took it and walked off talking and joking with her employees with out giving me change I asked for a receipt and she did not give me one, it took 10 minutes to finally get my food and I ordered a whopper and a small chicken fry with a fruit punch they gave me the food with no straw so I asked for one and when I opened the whopper the patty was burnt and looked and smelled absolutely gross they used in toasted sandwich bread and gave 1 piece of burnt bacon I took one bite and I did not want any more the small chicken fry only came with 4 small pieces that were cold and absolutely filthy. This place is a disgrace I can’t believe they get any business what so ever.

It's 825pm on a tues 2 people working the man there was sweet but the lady was super rude there was a person in the drive they waited for 10 min (I know I was behind them and decided to come in ) she said she was glad they were pulling out. When I asked if they were taking orders the young man asked her she said no I'm not ready I said ok then she with an attitude said" just fine go ahead take thier order" I said no worries I'm good. If you can't keep up with fast food maybe you should find another skill like being a Walmart greeter. Can't handle the heat get out the kitchen. If your short staff hire.

What an absolute failure. Every worker was extremely rude and intentionally holding up the line to spite customers. You NEED to rethink who you hired at this location

The first shift manager does everything in his power to make sure your getting your food fast and correct. I've seen him on every shift. I asked if he ever took a break and he said he would work all he needs to keep his Burger King going.
