The first shift manager does everything in his power to make sure your getting your food fast and correct. I've seen him on every shift. I asked if he ever took a break and he said he would work all he needs to keep his Burger King going.

I had the opportunity to go through the drive-through there on a day where they were definitely overwhelmed. As it turns out, they had one or two people calling in sick and then one woman running back-and-forth operating the drive-through and the window. Her name was Emily and she was still as pleasant as could be and really made it a good experience despite being understaffed
