Very poor experience. I had a very disappointing experience the day before Christmas. I ordered ice cream exactly how I wanted it, but when I got to the window, it was made incorrectly. The staff refused to fix or remake it, and when I requested a change, the employee closed the window on me. If I'm spending my money, I expect to receive what I ordered. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. I went back up here the day after Christmas and they still refused to make it right. I would not recommend visiting this location if you expect to be treated with respect and treated equally as others. Additionally, when you try to call their number, you can't reach anyone.

Chilidog was disgusting. French fries tasted like a shell of burnt grease and the children running this place seemed to have their attention on anything EXCEPT The Food Service Industry. They will never have to worry about me "bothering" them ever again.....

First time going there;I would recommend calling first because their cash register is down ALL THE TIME(my friend told me this but I didn't believe them.They are out of everything there and would only take cash because their system was down-the teenagers working there are nice but there needs to be actual manager there that's an adult;if you can't have everything stocked well don't be open-I don't know if I'll try again..maybe..
