I’ve never been to a Carrabba’s and did not expect it to be so good. The food was fantastic but more important was the people from the gentleman who opened the door to Kaliyah who was our server the expedites fantastic. Tony also helped and was very prompt and friendly but Kaliyah almost has a psychic ability to anticipate our needs and address them properly and with exuberance. Well done we will return.

We always come here for several birthdays throughout the years, and this past time for my birthday we came and Kendall & Kaliyah were great. Our drinks were never empty, no extra dishes laying around, and every request that we made was met. They were absolutely great and the food (as always) was fantastic!

One of my favorite restaurants! Scampi Damian was always one of our favorite dishes and we're so happy it is back for mobile orders. We also love the Dine Rewards program to help us save money for a quality dinner option. Typically we order online for curbside pickup. I don't know how much they pay the dude that brings the food out to the car, and I wish I knew his name, but the guy in the evenings that's typically there deserves a raise! Unlike what seems to be most hospitality workers nowadays, he seems to truly love his job and he shows it. He is always happy, friendly, gives 150% and always makes me smile!

So I just ordered over $100 from this restaurant. Let me start saying nope I am not special nor I feel entitled however I am trying to figure out how one day this restaurant sends friendly drivers or the next time they send nasty drivers.This driver tonight even though I was polite waving hi, she demanded I removed the wreath from my front door since she claimed she had a hard time finding my address, my vehicle was parked showing GPS address yet , she demanded I removed my door wreath,,, while I was speaking to her she just turned around and walked away! Extremely rude again I was on my court yard waiting for my delivery! My food had extremely small portions! Pasta portion was for a toddler ! My food had no sauces at all! For the purpose of this review I am an actual customer …. Not a Ghost reviewer trying to do any harm I am actually an active user of Door Dash when as any other member when we are tired or have a long day we are expecting professionals delivering your food . I am Patients Services Manager for the State of Florida so I am not here trying to ghost trashing anyone so when I say I am upset I mean it !!!. Last time I order from you I had no issues at all … I had a friendly driver and better food services I am wondering why is there no consistency in services and delivery? As you can see I am not new in Door Dash and no I am not doing this for free food this is just horrible and nasty behavior!!!

I waited way too long to be served. I saw other tables get served, eat and leave. I was extremely disappointed in the service, however, I did tip 25% just because I know servers rely on tips. Carrabas please train servers better. Total disappointment. Food was delicious once it finally arrived.
The food was amazing and their carryout a companion meal deal is worth it. The bread is delicious. The portions are amazing.

So me, my auntie & grandparents went to the Brandon location on Friday 1/2/26 at around 9pm for dinner. My aunt was out here from NYC for the holidays. Our server was Kendall 😇 my grandparents & aunt absolutely loved Kendall. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. - Hey Kendall, my aunt ended up ordering the perfume from Kylie Jenner that we talked about lol.. Thank you 😇

Food was great. Atmosphere was welcoming. The absolute highlight of our visit was our server, Kendall—she was perfect! Friendly, professional, and made sure everything was just right the entire time. I have never experienced such quick efficient service while also having genuine conversation and feeling like family. Her service truly made the night special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! Told Michael the assistant manager and he was also incredible to speak with and spoke highly of his team with a huge smile. Such a wonderful experience to see a workplace have so much joy and be able to delight in it.

Having dinner with my daughter and grandson this by far was one of the best meals I’ve ever had our server Kendall made our dinner that much more enjoyable. Her level of excellence and proficiency and kind personality made a wonderful dining experience. We would definitely come back and ask for her.
