I used to think of Carrabba’s as an excellent Italian go to. Then I married an Italian chef. The menu options are less inspirational than they were a decade or two ago and the chefs lack ingenuity. Whomever cooked my meal forgot to season it. The servers act like they are entitled, but the atmosphere is still okay for a weekday late lunch. Today I had the chicken marsala and Caesar salad with bread and it was beyond amazing. I think I could’ve actually drank the gravy. The mushrooms in it were perfectly cooked. I would Eat it all over again if I could.
