I placed a large order for a work event directly through the company’s website (not a third-party service). Unfortunately, several meals were missing from our order, and despite reaching out for assistance, no resolution or refund has been provided. I was informed that a case had been opened, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. As a result, our office will not be ordering from this establishment again.

I love cava! Food is amazing but the service here is horrible. I had a pick up order and like always the free pita was not in it so I asked the first employee I saw if I could get the free pita that I had selected when I made my pick up order and his response was “oh I’m not on the clock” okay….? and then the second employee I made eye contact with said “I just clocked in” insinuating that he couldn’t help me either. I’m sorry but the one small pita takes two seconds to grab. Honestly just ridiculous & ignorant.
