Update: Brian...manager made this right!!!Well done.Well yesterday I visited with my husband. My 1st visit was great. 2nd ok, I can understand things happen. 3rd Today was horrible. I ordered my favorite pita sandwich the spicy chicken. I explained that is was not being made the usual way. I would have saw it earlier in the process, but while they were making my sandwich they switched servers. I didn't want to spoil my husband experience since we drove so far. 40 minutes. I talked him into the trip. I was looking forward to my favorite sandwich. He ordered a bowl. I helped him is why I stopped paying attention to the way they were making my sandwich. They have cards so I thought it would be made as usual. Boy was I wrong. I had to write this. I am so so disappointed. When I got home to eat my sandwich. The chicken was dry,, no flavor. Which should have been spicy. None of the toppings that were specific to the sandwich. I tried to eat more but it seems each of the pieces of meat were reminets left over. Dry hard chunks. I would love to drive back. But too far. So please look pay attention. If they rush you will be very disappointed. I am so disappointed.Managers doing what it takes to correct an error.I will be back!@

I ate at Cava, Brandon, Florida, location and was extremely disappointed at the condition of the food serving area. Almost half of the toppings bins were empty. The prep area was filthy, three of the beverage choices were empty, the two trash bins inside the store were overflowing. My wife tried to use the bathroom and it was filthy. What a total mess. We were at the restaurant at 8pm, and the store closes at 10pm.

I came in and Reagan took my order. Amazingggg customer service and he's also very handsome. He made my bowl perfectly and in a timely manner. The bowl was the best I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back !!!!!!

I’m only writing this review because of one specific worker named Blake at the Brandon location. He is always so pleasant, fast paced , attentive and personable. Who ever is his boss needs to give him a promotion and a raise! Great customer service is one of the main reasons people go back to establishments. He’s doing a great job. So whoever is reading this be kind to him! Oh and the food is great too lol

I truly enjoy this restaurant, and I am so happy they opened in Brandon! The food is always delicious, the staff are very friendly and hard workers, and the restaurant is clean and orderly. There are a variety of healthly, fresh options to choose from. I find this place is much better than similar concept restaurants in the area. I come here often and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!!
