CHANGE YOUR WATER CUP POLICY. This chick fil a has an EVIL and DRACONIAN water cup policy. Water can ONLY be served in SMALL cups and employees are NOT allowed to put water in any other size cup.

Not sure how they train employees but these guys are navy seals when it comes to enforcing policy.

The fact I can get a large SODA but not WATER is RIDICULOUS and UNAMERICAN. It makes NO sense.

I ordered 2× chicken sandwich Delux, 1 chicken sendw.meal & 1 chicken nugets meal..when I got home I find i missing chicken nuggets 😒🙄🫨

Never Again – Brandon Mall Chick-fil-A Was a Huge Letdown
Honestly, this Chick-fil-A at the Brandon Mall was a total disappointment. Compared to Chick-fil-A around the corner outside the mall much better And always so hot their food and fresh and delicious but brandon location you'd think they'd get that part right — but no. The chicken was dry and bland, and the sandwich looked like it had been thrown together without any care.
The waffle fries were the worst part — they were old, dark, soggy, and tasted terrible. Definitely not fresh. I’ve had fries sit under a heat lamp before, but these tasted like they were from the day before.
And here's the worst part: every time I eat from this location, I end up feeling sick afterward. That’s not just disappointing — it’s unacceptable.
Save yourself the money and the stomach ache. Chick-fil-A might be great in other places, but the Brandon Mall location is a hard pass.

Ray the boy on windows should learn how to deal with the customer , the manager in charge doing nothing with him, I wish I can contact the branch manager

CFA sauce and waffle fries are an awesome thing!!! I like the brkfst egghamcheese muffin and there lemonade frosties are bomb too!!!

I only go here for the diet frosted lemonade!!! Sooooo goood.

Took a friend here who had never eaten at Chick-fil-A! She loved it! And of course I did..always do!

It’s at the mall so always busy but they get your order out timely and correct.

Mayra and Luis provide wonderful customer service!!! I have a wonderful 1st time experience. I’m sorry I had to go back and edit my previous post. After returning back the young kids that work here is not considerate with portion size at all. They pretty much forcing everyone to buy double portions. Food is way to expensive to barely give people what they pay for. Luis still provided wonderful service but there is 2 young kids in there that just don’t care how they providing people food smh I will need to find a different location

I am a long-time customer of this location, and Taylor consistently provides exceptional customer service with his friendly demeanor and positive attitude. His outstanding interpersonal skills are truly commendable, and I will continue to visit this location fur as long as he works here.
