I love, love, love this place. I come once a week. At least I use too. Avoid coming for lunch if you can. The staff is more focused on the mobile order pickups. And I always buy a Large mac-n-cheese. Today I was given a bowl half full of that Cheesy yummy goodness. When I asked if they could fill it up I was informed they can't put anymore in it. Hmmmmm, is this a new thing. These bowls are always filled up to the lid. Thanks for the lie Manager who was to busy to talk to me her self. Missing the Allstar Famous customer service today.

Drove 1hr round Trip to get there. Places mobile order before 10:30 am. Arrived at 10:36 expecting food to be ready. I’m told that they threw everything away. Terrible customer service. I think her name is Christina. Sucks. Get better

Hi My name is Neelima, Today I went to Brandon mall..and I saw chick fil a..I ordered Cobb salad..the food was so quality and awesome tasty..and there one of the team member Taylor took my order..He is so nice and very friendly person..the way he speaks and he received the customers impressed me a lot..I’m highly satisfied with his customer service and quality of foodVegetarian options: Having a lot of options for vegetarians they have special salads
This place is amazing, The food is fresh and the people working there is nice. I put 3 stars on atmosphere because it’s in the mall, and there’s more restaurants and barely any place to sit down in, still tho, 10/10 would
