The absolute worst Chick Fil A meal I’ve ever had in my entire life! I ordered a 4ct tender meal & my husband ordered a chick fil a sandwich meal. All of our food was COLD. The tenders were severely undercooked. The pics make them appear darker than they actually were. They were very light, breading falling off, not crispy, etc… They gave us no straws for our drinks and were trying to rush us away when we asked for extra sauce/ketchup. I did call back and spoke with a manager, explained everything and gave her our receipt number for a full refund in which we are very grateful for however this review is well overdue and still very necessary as this has been the same lackluster experience I’ve had the past 2 years at different locations around Tampa. My understanding is that ALL locations cook up a bunch of nuggets, tenders and sandwiches at one time, keep them under a heat lamp and serve them as is and that is not cool nor was that the norm back in the day. I’m a Tampa native and chick fil a used to be one of the best fast food spots around. They need to go back to cooking the food to order regardless of wait times. Just my thoughts/opinion. I personally am officially DONE with Chick Fil A. If they went out of business, I definitely wouldn’t miss them 😤

Worst chick fil an around, I ordered food and they wouldn’t even give me a side of pickles I argued for 10 minutes and had to switch my meal just to get pickles on it. The parking lot is also terrible and small and packed.

Discriminates against disabled & veterans. Should come as no surprise to me that today (after ordering) I was denied to have my food in a different container due to a disability that makes it difficult for me to handle their ice cream cups. No surprise because this is the same location that informed me last veterans day that they are one of the only locations that went out of their way to opt out of the veterans day free sandwich they do each year for veterans. Do better.

Your employees are rude and fail to listen to directions apparently. Huffing and puffing when we ask if there’s sauce in the bags and only giving the bare minimum. Not a pleasure this time apparently. At least the food is always good.

Edit add: you did a good job at charging me full price, but not giving me what I ordered. Trying to get it fixed by the customer service number or the store itself is a nightmare. So much for “your pleasure” in serving your guests.

The re-designed drive thru needs to be re-designed again. It takes 5 U-turns to make it from entrance to exit, its made the traffic in and out, even worse.
I absolutely love chick fil a. The people here are always nice and courteous. They recently revamped the drive thru line which is great for saferty and traffic but seems like the left out consideration for their employees. There is hardly any shade or cover for the workers who are expected to stand out in the sun to take orders. This is Florida and summer is coming. These employees deserve dri-fit shirts with options for sleeves to protect them from the sun. Optional visors, more covering and fans with misters. Their employees deserve better

I loved this Chick-Fil A for the park and the service. Since they remodeled it, the service has been terrible. I won't go back here; I'd rather go somewhere else.
