Minor complaint, please make sure fries are settled before you serve them. We routinely get home to find fries are well below the top of the box and anemic. Also, please ask about ice volume, filling up the cup with ice ensures that the tea is less than ideal for flavor and volume. Great service as always and hope you can consider the above suggestions!

I recently ordered a frosted coffee and noticed that it now comes in a Styrofoam cup. I personally don’t like Styrofoam and try to avoid it when possible, so I kindly asked if I could have it in a plastic coffee cup instead. Unfortunately, they refused.
I even offered to pay extra for a plastic cup, but they still declined. That felt a bit strange and unnecessary, especially since I was willing to cover any additional cost. It came across as inflexible and disappointing from a customer service standpoint.
I love Chick-fil-A overall, but this experience left me feeling like my simple request wasn’t taken seriously. I continued my order leaving out the frosted coffee.

I want to start off by saying i’ve been merciful, but this is the last straw. Normally, the workers here are very kind and polite except for ONE. She’s hispanic and usually has a braid in her head. I think her name was Eli or Elizabeth. As I was pulling up, she was cursing up a storm. I had my little children in the car, and they picked on her foul language. She had a terrible attitude while taking my order and she sounded like she was tired of me after ordering one kids meal. On top of all that, she didn’t even say my pleasure after taking my order, and according to Chick-Fil-A standards, I deserve some type of compensation for this utterly disgusting encounter. I hope something can can be done to fix this. I’ve had a few bad encounters already and I’d hate for one person to tear down a whole establishment!

I went to Chick-fil-A expecting the usual fresh, high quality food, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The lettuce in my sandwich was clearly spoiled it was wilted, brown, and tasted off. It was honestly disgusting and completely ruined my meal.
It’s concerning that something like this made it into a customer’s order. Serving produce in that condition is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper quality control. I expect much better standards, especially from a place that promotes freshness and attention to detail.

Seating is only limited to 3 outside tables. I would love to see more tables added, because they fill up quickly...no inside seating at this location

I don't know what it was... The girl who took my order making sure I got extra mayo, even though I asked for none; or that that my food was shoved through my window without a word by the young man at the handout station. The sandwich was good without the mayo.

This location is drive thru or walk up only! The drive thru line can be a bit long during rush hours for this reason. In the summer, it's a little hot to sit outside to eat. The food was fresh and staff were friendly. This is another good stop on the go spot.

The food quality is amazing! I don't eat burgers, but I make an exception for Chick-fil-A. The attention and customer service in this place is awesome. The waiter make sure to count and compare the item inside bag with the receipt and he make sure all my item were inside the bag. They handle the drinks with so much care that I was speachless in the process. I never had such a good service from the staff of a fast for restaurant. Best of luck

I visited the location @West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, Florida. I live 3 mins away. Placed an online order and the food is supposed to be prepared when you show up at the site. I received my food and went straight home to eat. The food tasted ok but ultimately both my wife's and my food was cold from the first bite. It was my first time visiting this new location and I am not impressed at all with cold food.
