Place a order in at 9:30pm and uhm My food should’ve been already ready probably like around 9:45pm and it doesn’t make no sense to me when I get there which I don’t care what time you close I need my food at the end of the day you are supposed to care about the customers feelings not what time you closed or arrive to chick-fil-a and the guy which I think he was a manager and I was like I put my order in at 9:30pm which I ordered a chicken nugget meal and when I Arrive They were like we are close. We’re close. We’re close. We’re close. It doesn’t matter. I ordered my food on the app And if they’re gonna continue to be rude, they need to be shut down my first time every Experience something like this at chick-fil-a

Never get the kale salad here. I don’t know what it is but they can’t get it right 😂. Everything else is top tier ✨ customer service is awesome and they brought tortilla soup back! I’m ashamed to say I go like 3 times a week 😰. Love this location🩷

Love this new chic fi la location it’s drive thru only and walk up ordering they have 3 tables in front where you can sit. Employees were great and got my food hot and fast!
First chiptile I've ever been to. The staff that helped us was amazing. She went through how to order what sauces and her own recommendations when we asked. She was patient with us and very friendly to talk to. She was also patient enough when there were 6 of us from UK who've never ordered form here with all sorts of different requirements. It's knyk a takeaway so I can't really say much about atmosphere.

It's really just a drive-thru, but there are picnic tables outside. It's the most unusual Chick-fil-A I've ever seen. It's still the same great service and the same great food.I appreciate so much the kindness of every single employee.

Worst customer experience I have ever experienced at a chick fila and it was a manager as well! Refused to remake my sandwich and refused to give me a refund! Have your team listen to the orders thoroughly! Terrible and disappointed, this was the 3rd and last time I will ever go!
I usually come here spend hundreds of dollars on food for my job and there no consistency on service or food at this location, the gentleman that took my order down was nice and understanding and as I pull up someone by the name Megan comes out yelling asking how do I want to bag the food because she didn't get what her team mate told her. I won't be going back to this location, imagine you spending almost a $100 on food and someone coming out yelling.

I usually love Chick-fil-a, but lately thier services have been slipping. On two separate visits, they forgot or got wrong my sauces and straws. Whats frustrating is that I was the only car in the drive-thru, and there was no rush since I even had to wait for my food.
