Insanely disappointing service here. I placed an online order for a large container of chicken salad with crackers - asked for extra crackers since there was so much chicken salad and added this note my order nicely. They deliberately put 6 crackers in there as when I picked up my order, I saw them adding handfuls to all the other bags. Almost spiteful service - not returning to this location. Don’t ask for extra anything, they will purposefully put less if you ask.

I have yet to have a bad meal at any Chicken Salad Chick location and I have been to several. The food is always fresh and delicious. The price is very reasonable for what I get and they even honor my veteran's discount. Excellent, including this location

From the moment you walked in you were greeted with a friendly smile and being welcomed into the establishment. Everything was cozy and felt at home as people held conversations in gentle soft voices. The food was amazing it’s a 10/10 for me!. Definitely will be back

I have only had a few bites from my parents of the broccoli salad, and that alone was beyond anything I have had from any deli near me and the first time I went was for Veterans Day yesterday and it did not disappoint. I got the cranberry chicken salad with almonds and my goodness, I have not had a sandwich that good in quite some time. I love the white bread and how it stays soft even though it was in the refrigerator because I wanted to save it for lunch and their lemonade is so incredibly fresh. I would go here every week if it wasn’t a little pricey, but honestly, I may just have to treat myself because they will not disappoint!

I’ve been a loyal customer here since they first opened and have always loved their food. I usually go through the drive thru, but on my last visit I was surprised when the cashier handed me a receipt with a pen and a request for a tip. Honestly, that felt very tacky. Tipping is meant for service, not for simply handing food through a drive thru window. It completely turned me off and left a bad impression. I won’t be returning.

I love Chicken Salad Chick! The food is always delicious, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. I always get The Chick, with a scoop of Sassy Scotty on a toasted croissant, with a scoop of Classic Carol, and mac and cheese . Consistency is key, and they nail it every time. I highly recommend.
