I went though the drive through, so can't rate atmosphere. The food is good, but costs a lot for what you get in my opinion. My wife goes there because she doesn't care about cost, just convenience.

Love this place. They're always friendly & get your food out quickly. I showed up near closing time last night & mostly got their prepackaged salads, but I had a couple of picky eaters to deal with. They made our sandwiches & kept their friendly attitude. I can't recommend this place enough.
All of their locations hire great people & their food is always outstanding.

Stopped by on a whim having never been Here. There were literally no customers inside or in the drive thru. I pulled into the drive thru and the worker seemed annoyed I pulled up. I told her it was my 1st time here so I was checking out the menu really quick. I was ordering and she just seemed annoyed and was trying to rush me through even though I was the only customer there at like 3pm. When I got home and opened up my food the bread was basically burnt and the pickle felt old and soggy. For like $17 all I got was a burnt sandwich, a tiny cup of Mac n cheese, and a sad pickle accompanied with a rude employee in the drive thru who was annoyed with having to take my order. The concept sounded good but I was disappointed with this place and definitely won’t be returning and I recommend others spend their money elsewhere.

First time stopping there yesterday. Might have good if the bacon was on the sandwiches that I ordered. My husband said the original chicken salad was not very good. Bland. Might have been better with the bacon.

Simple food prepared very well sides seem fresh made in house and chicken salad was great it's a little pricey but what isn't these days. I highly recommend
I’m not a review guy, but this was my first time here and Paula at the front was the nicest customer service person I’ve met in a while. Walked me thru the ordering routine, shared her favorites, and insisted I try 2-3 free samples before making my decision. A quick stop for lunch really made my day. This will be a weekly stop for lunch when I’m out and about for work.
Yummy! For a restaurant with such a narrow focus, yum! Every version of chicken salad I've ever tried is delicious. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and refreshing. My best friend introduced me to the Chicken Salad Chick. Now every time we go, I take home 3 or 4 scoops for later in the week. Check out the menu and try out everything. Even the pimento cheese was delicious. Seriously, try everything, you can't go wrong! Enjoy 🥰

We love this place, clean & quick And the chicken salad choices are good too! This cooler we got on the rewards program, I’ve needed to bring food everyday to be w my mom in the hospital it holds a lot, surprisingly so, w large cold brick keeps stuff cold all day Great perk
