The food and atmosphere was horrible. I will never return to this location.
However the waitress was pleasant and accommodating.

We came in around 615 ish...3 adults 2 children, we were seated in the corner which usually don't prefer corner seating. 90% of the time corner is worse service and last night kind of proved it. Daughter and I ordered the 3 for me, and wife ordered a pasta from a different page, and was rang up as the 3 for me which made the chips and salsa 7.50 which he said if we were members was free.... not explaining that it doesn't work with the 3 for me. After ordered our main meal, I messaged someone so I had a time stamp... after receiving our main course was nearly 50 minutes later. I usually don't complain much, but in this day in age with prices and how much my wife and I work to make sure our bills are paid and such (which for us is nearly an average of 50+ hours weekly lots of o.t.) we should have decent service. At one point it was 25 minutes between him seeing us at the table personally. Last visit months ago was afternoon and service was great. Thank you.

We come here often when i pick up my son. The place is pretty clean looking id say and the bathrooms have not been dirty yet since i been coming here. The food never had issuies everything good everytime. The service sometimes feels slow and not that the food taking long to come out but just like checking up on us. The plenty times i go just seems they take long to come back or its just someone else attending to me and not my server all the time so i think they could work on that as well. I could be nit picking as well i mean i could see it that they are helping the server too if she/he is busy with other tables but other then that its a solid place

Our server was perfect! I wish I remembered her name. It might have started with a Z. The food was hot and delicious. Nothing was wrong or missing. The watermelon sweet tea was bomb! Plus the free chips and salsa! Highly recommend!

Definitely got food poisoning here of some kind. Not sure if maybe the dough was undercooked in the egg rolls or the meat in the sliders, but whatever the case, I was next to the bathroom the entire next day.

Best service I’ve gotten in a long, long time specifically a guy named Eddie and he was absolutely spectacular and his service was out of this world and I’ll be back again!!

Great servers and food. Fun food for the family. Great place for after work drinks. Sat at the bar with friends and had a variety of fun drinks. Happy hour is a joy and the bartender is amazing and knowledgeable.

My recent visit to Chili’s was disappointing overall. The food arrived cold, which really took away from the flavors I was expecting. On top of that, the service was noticeably slow, making the entire experience feel drawn out and frustrating. Unfortunately, the combination of these issues led to a low-quality dining experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements moving forward.

Sad thing to say I’m currently sitting in the restaurant as I write this. But this is the worst experience I have ever had at a chilis. First we waited over 30 minutes to get a server to get just a drink. Then another 15 for food only to wait 2 hours to have my food not brought out to the table by my server but a runner who threw the food on the table and walked away. All the food was cold as if it came from a refrigerator and stale. I am so disappointed as my wife and I don’t get out much… thank you chilis for messing up my date night with my wife.
