I LOVE the Brandon Florida location. We’ve been going for YEARS we got carry out tonight and I got home to find my enchilada soup missing from the 3/$10.99. We live close to the location so after we ate our carry out, I called to ask if I could come back and get the soup. SHOUT OUT to Justin. He said sure no problem. When I got there he went back and prepared my soup and even gave me extra. He apologized profusely even though it’s an easy mistake ( food and beverage for 40 years here). I feel he turned a simple fix into something above and beyond. I don’t know his last name but in this day and age where customer service isn’t always up to par, Justin was TOP NOTCH. Please recognize him. When I picked up my original order curbside, he brought the food out and explained which drink was which and I mentioned to my husband wow what a guy then when I returned to pick up my soup he was busy with curbside but I still didn’t have to wait long and he was doing phenomenal. THANK YOU JUSTIN.

Nail in the coffin for Chili’s. Went in for a quick meal for two on a Wednesday before 7pm, and over 45 minutes later we walked out with food in to-go containers and $70 down the drain. Hostess wasn’t there to greet us and eventually arrived lacking any kind of personality or welcoming vibe. Thinking the bar area would be faster service we took up her high-top offer as she handed us menus and told us to sit wherever. We ended up literally sitting for to-go food at a high-top and felt forced to tip the bartender for serving us waters and some chips and salsa while we waited. The bartender was very personable, but waiting 45 minutes for two meals is unacceptable. On top of that, both our meals were incomplete. My wife’s sliders came without bacon or onions and my combo meal came without two of the three sides. Chili’s used to be a reliable, quick stop, but no longer. Won’t be back to this location or any other. Should’ve known there was a red flag when the front of the restaurant’s menu is the alcohol lol

We dine in occasionally but we mostly get carry out( ok ALOT of carry out ) They’re always so friendly and I’ve never had a wrong order. You can’t beat the $10.99 deal and the chicken enchilada soup is my favorite soup ever from anywhere. I wish they’d put the Margareta chicken back as one of the $10.99. They raised the price on that so I don’t gey it anymore but got it all the time before they raised the price on it. I’m literally within walking distance to the Brandon location and I’m a rewards member so I’m always earning free desserts or even a free appetizer once in a while.

There was no hostess so, we waited near the door for someone to seat us. They seemed to be short handed and one of the waitstaff finally stopped over. The food was mediocre and the service was good. We probably wouldn't eat their again soon; we were using a gift card on this visit.

The server was excellent, even with the number of customers. The server helper, a young guy, tall looks that he hated what he was doing. He was not proving the best service. This was 4/13/2024 around 8 pm.

Usually I rate this restaurant with four stars every time we go there it's one of our favorite places but not this time. The picture is of something that was in my girlfriend's bacon cheeseburger. So she got to speak to the manager about that. My issues are that we never received our beverages or cheese dip I ordered with my chips until after we got our entree plus I was charged for a bag of chips to go from my 3 for me meal.
The staff didn't greet me entering or acknowledge me at the bar for 10 + mins (busy). Please have bartenders stay behind the bar though, take the headphone off, and engage the customers for orders. Hire a bar back or runner vs having the bar staff disappear for periods of time. Prices made no sense and we're too high. So 6 cheese sticks are $15 but a HALF order is $11?? I can get a gourmet half salad with a six oz fried chicken on it for $8 down the road. So you guys aren't even trying to compete or make sense. Please fix your pricing.

Have eat here many times. The food has always been delicious. We try to sit at the bar area so we can have better atmosphere while we drink from bar. They have a new male bartender, which his service is slow and forget to check on us at times . Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Good place to eat. Store is pretty clean and neat.
