I came to your store and I had the best customer service ever. I don’t have anyone’s name but one of your African-American young men, I asked him about if I can get some of the vegetables because you guys was out he said to me yes ma’am give me about three minutes. He made sure it was prepared for me with a smile on his face. Also, the young lady that prepared my bowl was very nice and helpful. I asked her to please put a few red beans in the corner of my bowl so I could try them because I always get black beans. She was nice enough to put them in a To go container. I came into your store, probably between four and 5 o’clock. Your staff was amazing as they were preparing the food.

Could not order a quesadilla at the counter, was told it only can be the ordered online. Inconvenient but I had a gift card so I sat down and ordered online which of course I could not use the gift card online. ? The reg size of chips and quac was a joke. Came with this itty bitty cup of salty guac and like 10 chips.

It's Chipotle! Who can say anything bad about the food- it's delicious. However, this particular location in Brandon is my favorite of the area. Living in Riverview, I have two other locations that are closer to me, but this is the one that always gives me great portions and listens very well to my demands. It's quick. You're in and out and on your way to grubbing lazily at home on your couch in front of Martin.

A little expensive and very small portions

Came here just before closing and anticipated a poor experience, but I was proved wrong. The staff didn't act like they were trying to speed me through my purchase and the food tasted fresh.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options, but sometimes I have to leave before ordering due to cross contact of ingredients.

Guy running the register thinks he owns the place very rude tells you that you’re going to pay $1.50 extra for each single cup of sides that you receive in a kids meal come on man the kids smell very small two little scoops of rice. Won’t be back . Very rude
