The manager, Manuel, was extremely unprofessional. I ordered two half portions of meat to equal one full portion, but he argued, shouted, and even swore at me insisting I asked for two full portions. He stormed off without apologizing and had another staff member fix my order, showing he didn’t care about customer satisfaction. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a manager—I will not return and will take my business to establishments that treat customers with respect.

This Chipotle gives you 10cents worth of guacamole and charges you $2.75 and that is absolutely crazy. Don’t even bother asking for it. Other locations will give you a whole spoon full which is worth the money but not this location. Just a warning.

I went to this location. I was surprised of the lack of diversity, but when I’ve seen the location managers name it definitely makes sense but most important what was really disturbing was the employees Eating off of the food as they was preparing it and then feeding it to each other Before they took the remaining and loaded on a table, it was very unsanitary and disturbing will never go back to this location, and the manager needs to improve diversity among his employees and not just hire all Spanish people we are a diverse community and the employee selection-should show that. This employee was eating over food with his hands, no gloves, then proceeded to feed the other employees with his bare hands, literally putting the food in their mouth.

First time I walked into a Chipotle that was clean, the trash wasn't full, the drink stand wasn't nasty. The food was great, as usual. Service was fantastic (not normal). I was a pleasure to be a customer today. Thank you!

Rude and lazy staff

There was a few rubbery pieces of chicken if it was chicken idk but it wasn't right

I know chipotle is stingy with their servings but today was ridiculous. I asked for a bowl with rice, steak, and chicken. Initially, the server placed a light amount of chicken in the bowl. She then scooped out and removed the majority of the chicken!

Double chicken bowl togo and they gave maybe a quarter cup of chicken... I have rarely eaten at these places,but double chicken should not be this pathetic...

Ramon is an outstanding manager and a great representative for Chipotle here in Brandon. Every visit to his store is a positive experience.

The staff here knows what's up! They absolutely LOAD the bowls. So much so that you can't even put the lid on! I always enjoy eating here. Such great food! Shout out to the staff!
