I really appreciate the great customer service I received here from Zerita. I made a mistake with my order, and instead of making it an issue, they were kind, patient, and went out of their way to fix it for me. They handled everything professionally and made sure I left happy. That level of service says a lot, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
Service was great but my goodness it's like they count every grain of rice and meat. I understand being conservative but come on now you can be a little more generous definitely disappointed
First time I walked into a Chipotle that was clean, the trash wasn't full, the drink stand wasn't nasty. The food was great, as usual. Service was fantastic (not normal). I was a pleasure to be a customer today. Thank you!
