Went here for dinner and purchased two bowls. Usually don’t go to mall Chipotle and won’t in the future. Not sure what was going on with the food as my bowl from the Chipotle on Causeway never looks this way. Food very watery. So watery that it leaked through the bag. My husband didn’t even eat his bowl. When I told the server to slow down she rolled her eyes. Now this is after she added something that I didn’t ask for. Very disappointed with this location.

I had several online orders to pick up for people that I work with on October 11. One person who placed an online order, accidentally put sour cream on her salad. She called me and she advised me she accidentally put that there, and if they could remake it without sour cream. When I asked the cashier if she can remake a mobile order, she told me no. The cashiers name was Josephine.

They basically stole two seniors by putting half of a bowl with food... went to complain they should be embarrassed of themselves filling their bowls in half... their answer they got what they asked for... not really... they had very few food.. ome paid $9.10 and the other $9.75 for few food... they did offer to FIX it.. BUT WHY they didn't do at the first time? SECOND CHIPOTLE being pitty on providing good service.. BOYCOTTING this chain FOR GOOD.. used to be my favorite... not anymore
They are scamming you into paying more for meat. They give you a literal "side" portion of meat! The only location that does this. So obviously a SIDE portion of meat is not enough! This needs to end, they're scamming their customers. Loyal ones too.

Every time I come to this Chipotle it is made very clear that they care about mobiles orders more than they do costumers who are in front of them. My wife and I went today and they didn’t even make our bowls together but made mine first. Then three mobile orders later, they decide to make hers.Absolutely crazy
