I really like this location and order from here a LOT. Years ago, everything was so slow but they’ve hired some really amazing employees. Whatever they’ve done, I approve!

This place is an absolute dump, and it’s obvious from the moment you walk in that no one here gives a single damn about customers. The employees are just as trashy as the condition of the location itself—dirty, neglected, and completely embarrassing. How this place is still open is beyond comprehension and honestly infuriating.

Employees go out of their way not to help you. You’re treated like an inconvenience for simply ordering food or asking for anything beyond the bare minimum. They don’t care about you, they don’t care about cleanliness, and they clearly don’t care about doing their jobs.

Management is even worse. They’ve completely abandoned any sense of responsibility and continue to run this location straight into the ground with zero accountability. Customers are nowhere near a priority, and it’s painfully clear that management could not care less about the experience people are forced to endure here.

This is hands down the worst location in the area—a disgusting, shameful excuse for a business. It’s a miserable, hellish experience every single time, and the fact that no one seems to have control over this place is pathetic. Shame on management and shame on the franchisee. This location is a complete disgrace.

Amazing food an amazing service. The guy that served me name was Tristan and he had the best service I think I’ve ever seen in my life. He is the goat they give good portions here.

Was nobody in line but still had to wait for white rice the person handling it was having a full conversation with other employees and costumers. The girls making the bowls told me to put a bad review as they smirked and laughed. I decided to just walk out and then same girls waved laughing at me. Very poor service and dirty place I can’t believe they pass inspection with all the degreasers left out. Won’t go back waste of time , hire people who actually want to work.

This particular location has been absolutely terrible for years. The only reason we go, is because it’s closest to our house. There’s a new one opening up in the area, so fingers crossed it’s nothing like the Bloomingdale location. The workers have zero sense of urgency and zero customer service skills. The cashier will leave you sitting at the register for many minutes while she tends to other duties in the store, while you just stand there. I’m sorry- whoever manages this place and allows such mediocre workers is just as bad. I get better service at any fast food restaurant, including Taco Bell. Ive also worked in restaurants, bartending, trainer and waitressing- so I know the struggles. This place just sucks.

DO NOT EAT HERE my daughter had a large piece of plastic in her steak burrito tonight. The place is always dirty and stinks, but it's what she wanted. Never again.

Until they clean this restaurant from top to bottom and replace their very rude and sloppy staff- pick a different place to eat.

Chipotle is a dependable choice when you’re craving something quick, customizable, and relatively fresh, but it’s not without its flaws. The ingredients are usually good quality—things like the chicken, black beans, and fresh salsas stand out—but consistency can vary a lot depending on the location and even the time of day. Sometimes you get a perfectly packed bowl with great flavor, and other times it feels rushed with skimpy portions.

The menu is straightforward, which makes ordering fast, but it can also feel repetitive if you go often. Prices have crept up over the years, and for what you get, it doesn’t always feel like the best value. Still, the food is generally flavorful, and the ability to build your own bowl or burrito is a strong plus.

Overall, Chipotle is a decent go-to for a quick meal, especially if you like customizable bowls—but don’t be surprised if the experience swings between great and “just okay.”

This place is HORRIBLE, to start off it’s the closest Chipotle to me and I do like Chipotle, so I have tried to give them chances, every time I go I get met with sad and slow employees who look like they couldn’t care about their job less, which I could understand because it looks like it SUCKS there, I don’t know who to blame, but I’m upset. It’s never clean with food all on the table and floors 24/7, the past three times I’ve been there they have been out of something, once it was chicken, not a big deal, then it was guacamole, which I enjoy with my chips but I let it slide, THEN RICE! I’m leaving there right now and going to get someplace else because how do you run out of RICE?! Plus the employee who told us was not even trying to apologize he basically just told us to leave? Like, these people either need to be trained or this place needs to go through some inspections. BUT I AM DONE, ME GREG SMITH IS MAD.
