DONE with Chipolte period. Unbelievable they charge extra for toppings such as queso!!! Walked out yesterday with a bowl $18!!! NEVER frequent one again. Very sad.

This is probably the best chipotle I’ve ever been too in my 21 years of life. I’ve been a fan of chipotle since the very trending vine of “i love chipotleeee” and lemme just say this management team, these team members have really changed my life everytime I eat here. Such great food and great environment.

Chicken was under seasoning had no flavor didn’t even taste like salt or pepper. when I asked if I can get seasoning for the chicken so it wouldn’t go to waste. They told me they don’t have any. It comes preseason I knew the chicken didn’t have no flavor just by looking at it when I ordered should have just gone with what I saw.

It is very sad to see what has happened to this promising chain, but the dining area is always dirty and nasty. Every table has food scraps from previous customers, and the workers are all blind to it.

I usually do not write reviews but thus one needs it, this place is filthy dirty and nasty, the employees are kids that do not care and management obviously doesn't either, this place needs attention very bad by corporate. Extremely dirty and service is terrible!!!!

I would just avoid this location at all cost. The few times I’ve gone in, it’s always dirty & they’re constantly running out of toppings. The times that I’ve ordered delivery, they barely ever put any protein in it. My last delivery, I ordered a sofritas bowl. I dumped half the bowl into another trying to find my protein… if you look closely, it’s in there but barely.

Sun Oct 20 2024: The manager completely let her entire crew drown tonight. First and last time visiting this location. For starters, the dining room was filthy from the table tops to the seats; everything was sticky and disgusting. Line was nearly out the door, not unusual for a Sunday evening. I was with my elderly mother so we chose to dine in. Every worker seemed overwhelmed and the manager would only pop out to order someone off their station and put them on another which I think caused more of a delay. Seeing all the workers busting their butts I asked to speak with her to see if she could wipe down some of the tables herself so we could have a clean place to eat our food. Well that seemed to be an outrageous request for her because she ordered the cashier, who was in the middle of ringing me up and again with a line nearly out the door, to go and clean the area where I wanted to sit only. I asked her why she couldn’t do it herself and she replied “don’t you see him coming with a rag? I’ll have it taken care of” and walked off. The exhausted young man came and did a poor job wiping the area which I do not even blame him for. He was working the register and the mobile orders by himself. I asked to speak with her again and she told the cashier to advise me that she was busy. When she did come back out she asked “what is your problem now?” At this point I just asked for a refund and she seemed highly motivated to help with that even though cashier was already doing so. I asked her why she couldn’t roll up her sleeves for a few minutes and help her crew out. She replied “as you can see we are really backed up and you have no idea what I’m doing in the back?” My mother told her that she really needed an attitude check while I also told her that her attitude sucked and that she was letting her crew fall in the weeds. She very condescendingly kept repeating “Thank you have a nice day” she must’ve said it 5 or 6 times. I have never known of a member of management at any company to 1. Speak to customers this way and 2. Absolutely let her crew sink while copping an attitude when being asked by a paying customer to help them out. If she is too good to pick up a rag and wipe down a few tables while her crew gets caught up then she doesn’t need to be a captain of that ship. Food was sitting for 5 minutes getting cold with only the two people up front. I counted 8 employees who were all busy except for one who literally stood within eyeshot and was just messing around on her phone. This manager is extremely lucky that she didn’t end up wearing the food and drink we ultimately returned. I literally wanted to punch her…

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to share this. While eating my bowl today, I found a piece of foil attached to my smoked brisket. This is definitely a safety concern, as it could easily be missed and pose a choking hazard. I want to bring this to the attention of both the restaurant and other customers, as it could be dangerous if someone doesn’t notice it. It wasn’t a large amount of foil, but enough to be a potential risk. I’ll be posting a photos as well.

The worst chipotle I have ever been too, customer service has been terrible along with the store itself. The store is always dirty and unclean with the employees never taking the time to clean the place up and they have horrible attitudes.

This place always looks dirty. You can see that they never change the pans when adding new food to the line. Alway put new on top of old. No hair net and don't change gloves after using cloth to whip off serving area.

This is my favorite Chipotle to go to as far as the food goes and the service. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a three-star is because the tables are dirty most of the time. I always have to wipe them off myself. They could definitely do a better job cleaning their tables. Other than that they are always very nice, and accommodating of my allergies. And the food is very good. If you eat at Chipotle's you know that there is a difference in the white rice, and possibly some of the other dishes. Some of the Chipotle's rice will be so Bland but this Chipotle has the perfect mix for their white rice.
If you love chipotle... I do recommend this one.
