the employees had the order ready for a long time and did not want to give it to me, they laughed and joked about it, really bad sense of professionalism in this chipotle, I do not recommend it especially the employees of the night shift, specifically the two girls who pack the orders to take away.

Super helpful there’s a drive through for online order pickups. The portion size was great and everything was made correctly. The staff was friendly and the order was ready upon pick up time.Vegetarian options: They had a substitute meat selection and it was really delicious.

Their Chicken Burrito Bowl was good. Guacamole was also good. Brown rice was undercooked. Apart from that everything was great. Good flavors, good quantity, great customisation options.

Like many others I have had multiple issues with portion size at this Chipotle. So much so that after a couple visits I just decided not to come to this one and I drive further to go to the Bloomingdale location. Tonight I ordered on the app and thought it would be coming from town center but no, it came from this store and they severely shorted me on my side of chips, nothing I can do since it was delivery but pretty ridiculous I paid $8 for that alone. My "salad bowl" has very little salad but at least it has enough protein. Obviously there are some issues which need to be addressed that are not being addressed for a new store to have a 2.5 star rating with consistently poor reviews. I understand it's a new, busy location but we as consumers work just as hard for our money and reasonably expect it to be a fair trade.

Very surprised at the condition of this location as well as the staff/service. The food line was an absolute mess as well as the entire kitchen. The staff was rude and unwilling to answer questions and assist. Again, very shocked compared to my experiences at every other location.

I had an AWFUL experience with Daja who rang me up at 10:53am. She was rude, didn’t want to speak or give any eye contact and I had to ask for a receipt. I called and spoke with the Manager “Dom” who gave the piss poor excuse that “she has a lot going on in her home life” so what? So does EVERYONE! When you come to work, come ready to work and give great service. If what you’re going through is THAT BAD, STAY HOME! It’s no one’s fault that you have issues and don’t take your issues out on anyone else. ALSO, I came in right at the store opening time and there was no vinegrette available which Daja rudely told me “we don’t have any”. I won’t return to this location which is unfortunately this closest to me. Very poor experience.

I went tonight to this location for the first time and will not be back.They go and get supplies and come back with same gloves and wrap your burrito (mine)The girl was cleaning the counters where people have open food without any awareness of possibly getting someone sick.Another lady, again, came from the back and just starts touching my damn burrito, there was cleaning product on my foil and she wraps my burrito in it. When I pointed it out she just kept wrapping it.1 employee, I think the manager l, understood why I was upset and immediately remade my burrito for me.I don’t need a refund or anything but you guys have had some lawsuits for getting people sick, I’d think you’d train a bit better and make sure the gloves are being changed at the least…**Scott, I will not email you. Just teach your employees how to change gloves and not clean around open food
