Chuck E Cheese for kids birthday is easy and kids always have a blast. I think it is ridiculous that they make you clean up and vacate table area in their time frame when no one is waiting for those seats. Honestly probably better to just go in and have your birthday instead of booking a party. Either way the kids have a blast and lots of money is spent.
The new climbing area brings back classic memories. The membership plans make this place an awesome weekend stop with the kids.
My son had a good time and the staff was friendly enouph. However they have a trampoline zone that you have 15$ extra for. I counted four staff members watching it to make sure that no kids went in that didn't pay. However, no one was at the door to make sure I didn't walk out with the wrong child. Needs to be looked into.
I truly appreciate the effort Chuck E. Cheese puts into creating a fun and safe environment for families and children. The combination of games, food, and entertainment makes it a unique place for kids to celebrate milestones and enjoy quality time with their families. I’ve noticed and valued the staff’s dedication to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, but I do think there’s room for consistency across locations. Ensuring that every location meets the same high standards in cleanliness, friendliness, and efficiency would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.
Additionally, some of the games and attractions could benefit from updates or new features to keep them exciting for children of all ages, especially for those who visit frequently. Offering more variety in food options, including healthier choices, could also appeal to parents while keeping kids happy. I also think incorporating more interactive experiences or educational elements could set Chuck E. Cheese apart as a place that’s not only fun but also enriching.
Overall, I value the focus on family entertainment and the memories it helps create. I hope the leadership team continues to innovate and invest in making Chuck E. Cheese a consistently enjoyable destination for families across the country. Thank you for taking the time to listen to feedback and for your dedication to creating a positive experience for children and parents alike.
I remember how this Chuck E. Cheese location looked before, and it has definitely been upgraded. You can really tell they’ve put money back into this location, and it shows. There are flat-screen TVs on the walls now, new seating, and the whole place feels cleaner and more updated.
My kids had a blast, they loved the trampoline and ball pit area, the little bowling area, and many of the games have clearly been repaired or replaced. Customer service was also really on point, which made the experience even better.
It honestly brought back a lot of nostalgia for me growing up with Chuck E. Cheese, and it was great seeing my kids enjoy it too. We’ll definitely be back.
I went to this location today. I first had issues with being overcharged but that was fixed and they were helpful. What completely turned me off was when I went to get my son to leave a mom started yelling at me that my son punched her son and her son was smaller. Which he was. First, my son is overly tall for his age. My son said it was an accident. Her son was climbing up the slide my son was going down. He accidentally got him in the face with his foot. My son has some disabilities and does not process some things as quickly hence not able to move out of the way in time etc. she kept yelling saying he punched her son. I told her she needed to back off calmly because she was overly close to me and being aggressive. She became more aggressive and started cussing at me. I told her to please not cuss in front of the children. She continued on. I grabbed my son and we left. I talked to a security officer who did nothing. Then the mom with a whole group of people went up to the officer and he listened to her and went to the other officer.
The thing is yes I’m sorry her son got hurt. But my son had already apologized to the boy even before he went to get his mom. He should not have climbed up the slide. Plus I felt like I was not treated right by the officers there. I told the staff we would never come back and why. Which is sad because that location is actually really nice.
I just wanted to have a good time with my children and two of their friends celebrating my older twos birthday. Not feel threatened and attacked or cussed at.
Then I was not even supported just dismissed. That was completely not okay.
Had a great time with my grandson!
Worst birthday experience. My daughter had her 4th birthday party here today and the employees ruined our experience. Very rude and unhelpful. Especially the ones working the front desk and ticket counter. Only one young lady had a positive and helpful attitude out of an entire staff. Did not feel welcomed at all
Great customer service but mainly for juvenile clients
Had a great time with our godson. Their pizza was great and he really enjoyed himself.

Fun place to be with the family 👨👩👧
This was far by my best experience and I loved the new game experience of buying time to play. It saves the hassle of the tokens get stuck in the machine and the costly expense of maintaining Chuckie Cheese games. Smart ideas and keep up the good work.
Me and my little brother went to this location it was great. The employees were good too johan was helping us with games through out the time great service!! He was helping everyone with respectful and kinda
We had a very good experience. My daughter and her friends enjoyed their time and had a lot of fun all for a reasonable price. The place was clean and the staff were very nice.
There for a birthday party. I love that they brought back the little kids' play tubes!
