The customer service here is absolutely amazing! For as busy as they get to still have the good uplifting attitudes they do says a lot about the team they've built!! The only reason I give four stars is due to some of the games giving improper amounts of tickets. I do also wish that some of the games could be better maintained, the water race in particular, but I know that's easier said than done in the environment so that's not entirely their fault.

Now if you want to take your family out and you want to take their grandchild and great-grandchildren and babies out I have a party I would recommend Chuck e cheese it was really nice and it's reasonable $100 for at least 10 kids

Half the games were broken when we arrived. My sister is nonverbal with autism and was having a meltdown, so my mom took her to the car while I stayed to cash out tickets. Staff refused and said we all had to leave at the same time. Extremely disappointing, I’m aware of the safety rules they have in place but especially for a family place they should show compassion and flexibility toward children with disabilities.

I booked this location to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with family and friends , paid around $300 something for the party . The cups were never given to us , my guest ended up purchasing their own even though drinks were suppose to be included . Most of the employees had attitudes like they were overstimulated and do not enjoy working with kids. This location was suppose to close at 9 but around 8:45-8:50 when we were walking out a short chubby employee doing kid checks decided to talk to my husband with the nastiest attitude like she was ready to go home and she was ready for us to get out . I DO NOT recommend booking your party here , only 1 person had a positive attitude and that was our party host. For this to be a kids establishment the employees were not kid friendly at all .

Awesome place .they have a 3 story obstacle course thing plus a smaller one and a bounce section pretty cool it's like 16 bucks to use though but it's worth it .imo
