Like the others there was black flakes in drinks so drink machine is not cleaned or maintained. Like 10 games/rides were not working, so wasted credits. Crazy that this location has armed security. It is a much bigger location than most with more variety. No more bumper cars.
I have been to this branch several times it's big full of games and has trampoline ,also their food is delicious and fresh .
Wow the service was amazing I was helped by aneeta, jessie and Brianna at the brandon florida location they all went out of there way to help me I will definitely be visiting again thank you
Still Chuck E Cheese but with higher prices
Too crowded but Great for children
Great place for a kids party.
Celebrate my god daughter at this location today By far the worst host I interacted with at this location rude, rude, rude! Chantel she’s horrible
Why is the pizza paper thin? Why is this place SOOO expensive? This place is ridiculously expensive. Half of the games don't work. I shall not return.
I’ve always had good experiences at Chuck E. Cheese, but my recent visit was very disappointing. Poorly trained staff cost me 500 tickets due to improper redemption, and I missed out on a 50% food discount because I was told to sign up for the monthly membership after my purchase, losing $20 on a $40 order. Besides that the pizza was cold, unappealing, and unappetizing. The only reason I gave atmosphere two stars is because there was a sweet family handing out cupcakes to everyone.
What’s worse, the employee intentionally redeemed 1,000 tickets for only 500, hoping I wouldn’t notice. It felt dishonest and unfair.
Employees change constantly, so even one good experience can’t be relied on. Unfortunately, I have no intention of returning to this location. It’s truly disappointing to see the level of service decline due to poor management and undertrained staff.

I recently had an outstanding experience at your establishment with my children. The woman handling the pizza and donning the Chuck E. costume truly went above and beyond, making this visit exceptional. In over 10 years of coming here, we've never had such a fantastic time. Great service is paramount for family outings, and this visit reaffirmed its importance for us. Despite starting the day on a potentially bad note, our visit turned around, and my daughter aptly described it as an experience shaped by Faith. She deserves recognition, and we eagerly look forward to visiting again soon! Faith's exceptional service has made a lasting impression on us.
Food prices expensive and quantity they give you is near to nothing. The food takes forever to arrive. When booking a birthday party they urge you to be on time but on their end everything was late and not a few minutes late but an hour. When food is burnt and you complain they asked you what’s wrong with it instead of offering to make it right the staff just responds with attitude and mumbling things once you start to walk off. When selling the unlimited salad bar they don’t inform you that you need to bring the plate back in order to receive another plate. The atmosphere was hot the air conditioning was not working and they had portable units that definitely were not doing the job.

I will say it’s nothing like how it was when I was growing up, but it was still fun in the fact that I was able to figure out something fun to do in chucke cheese with 17-18yr olds.
The employees took way too long to attend, the second time I went they took way longer but this time I wanted to try and the games wasn’t that bad, and the food wasn’t that bad.
Soda machines were down yet they sold us drinks. We could not access them. The water was even broken. . Customer service was awful. This is the second visit where it felt like we were bothering them for being there. Monday morning, not busy yet still an issue.
Pizza was a little oily! But was clean and lady behind the counter was great!
I won’t be spending another penny at this Chuck E. Cheese location due to the poor customer service. I had an issue with one of my kids game cards, it got stuck in the card dispenser right after purchase. I approached a staff member for help, but her attitude was absolutely unacceptable.
I had already been waiting for eight minutes while she asked her coworker for a key, walking back and forth behind her. Then, instead of assisting me, she stood behind the register without explanation. When I politely asked for an update, she responded in a dry, dismissive tone: “the line,” as if I was inconveniencing her. There was no sense of urgency or concern, even though I had paid for 108 minutes of playtime that was wasting away.
It was clear she had no interest in her job. While other employees were actively working, she spent most of her time standing around, slouching, and dragging her feet. Someone with such a poor attitude should not be working in a family-friendly environment.
I don’t have her name, but she was a heavyset young woman wearing a full face of makeup.
I hope management addresses this issue because customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning.
