Update: I was told to contact them (see their comment below, which I did several times and have had no response. So they comment that they will look into it but don’t follow through.
We went in for dinner on 1/6/2025. My husband requested a fresh personal pizza, as he always has before when the pizza seems to have been sitting for a while and has done this at several other CiCi’s with no issues. My husband was told they would not make him one and they weren’t allowed. So as we were sitting there eating two other customers were served their own personal requested pizza. Terrible service and we were definitely discriminated because we were the only Caucasian family there asking. Who can I contact regarding this unfair treatment. No one should be treated this way

Love the setting of the place ,staff was very nice, place had a very relaxed atmosphere and fun arcade games for the whole family and the price person was a great value,definitely a place to take the family

CiCi’s Pizza is always a great experience! The food is fresh, hot, and there’s a wide variety so everyone finds something they like. The pizza is consistently good, the salad bar is well stocked, and the desserts are a fun bonus. The staff is friendly and keeps the place clean and welcoming. It’s an awesome spot for families, groups, or anyone who wants good food at a great value. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A nice place for any type of family, especially ones with small children, to eat. Food is a buffet style restaurant and the pizzas, salads, and desserts are readily available to serve. They also has a decent amount of options of carbonated drinks to get a well.
Do make sure you have a portable bassinet if you have a baby. The bathrooms they have are small, and do not have a changing station.

First review has disappeared so I am doing another. Went to this location for 2.99 buffet reward. Woman at register (claimed to be owner) very rude and unprofessional. She could not scan my QR code nor enter the reward number. Even accused me of already using the reward even though I showed her my app and the reward clearly showing. I left this location and went to Temple Terrace location and they had absolutely no problem scanning my reward .
Always a classic! The value is always 💯. Not the best pizza or whatever it's competition, but the flavor and offerings are well worth the price. You get full on a true budget.

They need to keep the buffet full of faces. I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza and got 2 slices before other customers attacked it. Keep the faces up there.
