Worst experience ever. Went in with the family on Monday when they have $5.99 all you can eat. Got charged regular price..... thought that's a little too much for a deal like this and when I asked it was already supposedly too late and they won't honor their own deal advertised on their website. They say you have to present it while you are ordering.... I call that bait and switch. I'll be calling their corporate site and making another complaint with them as well. Worst customer service ever. No wonder I have never been before this. And still haven't tasted how crappy their food really is.

The food was terrible. The tables and counters were clean, and the staff was nice / accommodating, but the spinach pizza and cheese bread were soggy, undercooked, and soaking wet underneath. Everything else seemed a bit overcooked / tough. The last time that I was here I don’t remember the food being this bad, but no one at my table liked it. This was my first time showing one of my friends Cici’s and now she doesn’t want to come back =[

They didn't have a lot selection... my daughter-in-law didn't eat pizza... she wanted wings but they said they didn't have any.. I paid over a $100 and we really didn't eat nothing... just sang happy birthday and left...

First off, the pizza was always fresh! The employees are very attentive and will put out the pizzas you ask for in a timely manner. Second, the price is great! $9.49 for an adult and a drink is only a little more. The bathrooms are SPOTLESS, I was in such shock I had to bring my friend to look. This is the FIRST Cici's I have been to where there wasn't some catastrophe happening in the restroom. The game room has alright games, and the decorations are a little sparse. However, the place is, again, SPOTLESS! You can also tell that they cleaned the soda machine because the soda tasted better than any other Cici's. My ONLY complaint is that the brownies tasted and felt like sand. Although, to be fair, they weren't that fresh.
We drove from Casselberry and happened to stop here, and we would GLADLY drive 2 hours to eat here again! (Slightly exaggerating that last part but definitely will come again when on this side of town.)

The best Cici's in Tampa Bay. We drive out of our way to go to this location. It's not far from the highway and is surrounded by great shopping, making it very accessible and convenient. We have a fairly large family and our kids look forward to our Cici's visits and bug us to go frequently! The employees are very friendly. The location is spacious, bright, and clean. I love that there is an adjacent salad bar with the pizza. My personal favorite is the bbq chicken. Of course, my children love the desert pizzas! Love being able to take everyone out at an affordable price! We will keep coming back.

As far as buffets go they are great. Pizza was fresh and good. They stay on top of keeping the buffet clean and stocked. If what you want isn't on the buffet they are more than willing to make it for you. I always have great service here. And you can't beat the price!
Always very pleasant to visit. We enjoy the mini buffet and family gametime afterwards. They keep place clean. Also never waited long for table party of 10 in and out!
