POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food is good but the customer service here is poor. I ordered my food and still had to wait over 30 minutes while the young girl served other customers who walked up to the counter. She got an attitude with me when I asked her nicely about my order. I had to tell her to stop complaining to me and make my order so I could leave because my order was already paid for through Uber Eats. It sucks I had to wait longer than usual and I didn’t get the respect as a veteran who fights for his country. 1 star for lack of respect and customer service for veterans .

Xamil Was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the classsic roll and it was a little hard and dry and he exchanged it for me no problem and didn’t make me feel bad about it. Definitely will be back! 😋

Very poor customer service the manager is disrespectful his name is LAR very disgusting rude service you could ever have there is Mold all over the trays the cinnamon rolls you eat out the pack are old and have NETS ON IT he has a sweating problem instead of him wearing deodorant and baby powder like normal people he sweats CONSISTENTLY over all the food it is truly and horribly DISGUSTING GROSS AND UNSAFE TO EAT AT 0/10

Where’s the GM or franchise owner?! You need to keep up on this kiosk. There was next to no cinnamon in the bons. All poorly constructed. The dough was dry and tough. Shame on this store. Such a poor representation of a normally delicious treat! You need to monitor your business!!
